Zoho Desk : nouvel URL du domaine du centre d'aide

Bonjour à tous, 

Si vous avez utilisé le centre d'aide sans faire correspondre votre sous-domaine (par exemple, support.monentreprise.com) au domaine par défaut, cet article est pour vous. Lorsque vous vous inscrivez sur Zoho Desk, l'adresse par défaut de votre centre d'aide est un sous-domaine de Zoho Desk, tel que "desk.zoho.com/portal/<monentreprise>". Zoho Desk a décidé de remplacer le format de votre URL de domaine par défaut par un format plus simple comme "monentreprie.zohodesk.com". 

Pourquoi ce changement ?
Zoho Desk prévoit de fournir plus de personnalisation comme l'ajout de scripts dans le centre d'aide. Ce faisant, nous voulons sécuriser les domaines et la modification du format de l'URL est notre premier pas dans cette direction.

Prochaine étape ?
Les utilisateurs actuels des services gratuits et payants sont invités à changer leur adresse de domaine par défaut pour le nouveau format avant le 31 mai 2022 et le 30 juin 2022, respectivement. Vous pouvez le faire en cliquant sur la page du Centre d'aide sur le changement de marque. Notez qu'à l'exception du changement de format de l'URL, il n'y aura aucun impact sur les pages existantes de votre centre d'aide. De plus, lorsque quelqu'un tape ou clique sur les liens de l'ancienne URL, il sera automatiquement redirigé vers la page correspondante du nouveau format de domaine.

Comment faire ? 
  • Connectez-vous à Zoho Desk avec des privilèges d'administrateur. Les utilisateurs doivent avoir la permission de gérer le centre d'aide pour passer au nouveau format d'URL de domaine.
  • Cliquez sur l'icône de configuration dans le menu supérieur.
  • Cliquez sur Centre d'aide dans le menu Canaux.
  • Sélectionnez le Centre d'aide par défaut ayant le domaine non mappé.
  • Cliquez sur "Switch Now" dans la fenêtre "Switch to New Domain URL".
  • L'URL de votre centre d'aide basculera instantanément vers l'URL du nouveau domaine



Questions fréquemment posées

1. Je ne vois pas l'option permettant de basculer vers la nouvelle URL ?
  • Ce basculement ne s'applique pas aux clients qui disposent déjà du format de l'URL du nouveau domaine ou qui ont mappé leur domaine personnalisé au centre d'aide.
  • Vous ne disposez pas des autorisations requises pour gérer le centre d'assistance. Veuillez vérifier vos autorisations sous Configuration > Autorisations > Profils.
2. Combien de temps durera la redirection des anciennes vers les nouvelles URL ?
  • La redirection automatique des pages de votre centre d'aide de l'ancien au nouveau format d'URL est permanente et durera pour toujours.
3. Puis-je continuer à utiliser le format d'URL existant ?
  • Non, tous les clients doivent passer au nouveau format d'URL avant la date limite.
4. Que se passe-t-il si je ne passe pas au nouveau format d'URL ?
  • La transition est obligatoire pour les raisons de sécurité précisées ci-dessus. Les clients qui n'ont pas effectué la transition avant la date limite seront automatiquement transférés vers le nouveau format d'URL.
