Zobot Bootcamps - India

We're excited to announce a line-up of Zoho Developer Community Bootcamps in India. These bootcamps equip you to build fully functional AI chatbots for your business or as a service for your clients using Zoho SalesIQ's Zobot platform. This is a great opportunity to network with fellow developers and Zoho users, interact with Zoho experts, share ideas and experiences, and grow together as a community. 

Zoho Extensions 101 – Extensions for Zoho Finance Suite 

This series offers a comprehensive exploration of developing extensions and widgets for the Zoho Finance suite. Did you know that we have a dedicated portal in Sigma with which you can create extensions for a range of applications in the Zoho Finance Suite, including Zoho Books, Zoho Billing, Zoho Expense, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Invoice? Starting with an introduction to Sigma and the Zoho Books platform, subsequent sessions cover creating extensions, testing, publishing, and listing apps in the Zoho Marketplace. Registration and more details here.

Zoho Apptics 101

In this series, we’ll dive deep into every aspect of application analytics to help you understand how Zoho Apptics aids in measuring important KPIs that reflect your app's performance, growth, and engagement. Registration and more details here.

Zoho CRM APIs 

In this series, you will learn about OAuth2.0 authorization used by Zoho CRM APIs, CRUD operations for retrieving, creating, updating, and deleting records, efficient search/query methods, data synchronization techniques for consistency across platforms, and working with SDKs for seamless integration of Zoho CRM functionality into applications. In the upcoming session scheduled for June 26, we'll be covering Bulk Read API, Notification API and Data sync. Registration and more details here.

Zoho CRM Client Script 

Fueled by popular demand, we're back with a line-up of sessions in the Client Script series, focusing on advanced features and real-time business applications. Creator Tech Connect

Creator's tech connect series would comprise of technical sessions that provide immersive training on the key essentials and technical nuances of building a solution in Zoho Creator. This is a great opportunity for our developer community to stay informed about Creator's new feature releases, product roadmap, best practices to follow while scripting in deluge, new deluge concepts, and cloud functions. The recently concluded session focused on customizing and rebranding mobile applications in Zoho Creator, while the upcoming session is about the recent product release updates in Zoho Creator where we will showcase a few key feature releases in Zoho Creator.

Learning Table Series

We designed this series to provide users with valuable insights and knowledge about Creator's capabilities in various business use cases and applications. This year we have adopted the 12 Months 12 Industries concept.   Every month, we will focus on a specific industry, illustrating its unique processes with real-time business scenarios and how to make best use of Creator for that industry.  Our recent webinar on Creator for the Professional services Industry was a success, and during the upcoming session we'll be exploring Creator for the food industry.

Zoho QEngine

The training program spans for three days, with each day featuring three 4-hour sessions where we'll delve into the features of the QEngine platform, as well as its cross-platform testing capabilities. The key focus of this session is to enhance understanding of how to leverage QEngine for efficient application testing, particularly through automation. Attendees will gain comprehensive insights into both automation and manual testing approaches, equipping them with valuable expertise in testing methodologies.

  • Don't miss @Rodger's ingenious approach to automating file management with Zoho WorkDrive and Zoho CRM! His latest post offers a step-by-step guide with code snippets, allowing you to simplify workflows for a more efficient CRM experience.
  • Our MVP @Kevin Flynn's post discusses how to enhance quote creation in Zoho CRM by using client scripts instead of Deluge. He introduces a custom module for Product Packages to streamline the selection and inclusion of bundled products with accurate pricing and details. This method not only speeds up the quoting process but also ensures accuracy in applying promotions and discounts, improving sales efficiency for sales reps handling complex product bundles.
  • Check out the suggestions given by our power users @James and @Andres when @Yasser sought advice on adding custom text to a related list in Zoho CRM's Deals module. While Deluge functions were a starting point, the discussion shifted to widget-based options like Flyout Widgets and Kiosk Studio for a more flexible and dynamic approach to managing scripts.
  • @Alex needed to use a single custom function across multiple schedules in Zoho CRM for sending reports at different times. The community came to his aid advising him to schedule functions more frequently and using Zoho's REST API. Head over to the discussion and see which solution did the trick!
