I have a question regarding a scenario I'd like some clarification on. Let's consider Company A, which currently has 50 employees using the Zoho One Package, priced at $45 per license, resulting in a total cost of $2250.
Now, Company A wishes to add 10 more employees who only require access to Zoho People, which is priced at $5 per license because they can't be added to the Zoho One Package.
If you recommend that they switch to the Flexible package, which costs $90 per user, how would the calculation work? Would all users, including the existing 50 and the new 10, be charged at $90 per user, like 60 * $90 = $5400, or is there a different calculation involved?
I find this a bit confusing and would appreciate some clarification on the pricing structure. Thank you!
