When a customer books an appointment, it syncs with my calendar. However, it only shows a service there, e.g. "Support Chat" or "Initial Meeting". Custom Registration From per Service Item
Most of the scheduling/booking systems I've used allow different client/user registration forms based on the service selected. In many cases, the information that needs to be collected is necessarily specific based on the specific service the user selects. Zoho Bookings only allows one registration form per workspace.
