Create content using HTML instead of the editor?
Hello, I have tried to use the editor to create my mailing campaign but it creates some very unnecessary HTML and it also lacks some options... I'm trying to add a shadow to a text element. I use the edit code button to add the correct style to it but it then gets changed! The code i'm adding is style="box-shadow:black 10px 0 0 0;" and it gets squashed to style="box-shadow:black10px000;" so it does not work. Hence why my question, is there a way to control exactly how we want the HTML? Or styles,

Hi, I have set up an email campaign template which contains a header consisting of our business name, phone number and email address. I have been repeatedly trying to get the email address text to set as white but every time I do a test email it is blue. I have tried setting the text both with and without a link but it is appearing blue on the test email every time even though the text is white on the template.... Newsletter Templates
Hello I am trying to design a newsletter template that has a smaller left side column in comparison to the right side. I was wondering if anyone had some tips for this because I noticed by using the Zoho templates there is not much customization. The two columns have to match side by side and they cannot stagger, which makes the newsletter look a little out of place. How do I filter my contacts on a given campaign based on IP address?
In other words, I would like to do analysis of my mailing list based on country/IP address. I would like to create segments or a new mailing but only to folks in Denmark or with an IP address associated with that country. How do I do this? The country is not found in the associated data in the CRM.

Syncing contacts from Zoho Analytics
Is it possible to sync contacts from a Summary Report from Zoho Analytics, rather than from an actual table? I have a table that only has IDs that pull users from a different, joined table, and these are the ones I'd like to push into Zoho Campaigns. So basically, I can't sync the first table as it has no details (names, emails), and I can't sync the second table as it has too many contacts. Hope I'm making sense.
Importing .xlsx ignores contacts that don't exist
I recently imported a contact list from excel that had 208 people with 208 emails. After importing, it said the "total count" was 884 and it had ignored 679 due to "empty emails". I saw that it had tried to import 679 extra lines from the excel sheet. Why would it do this? I was still able to import all the contacts I needed but I'm curious what would prompt zoho to try and import a bunch of empty cells. It has never done this before. Is there an explanation?

I am having trouble adding the form to my campaign because my form is under 'Webform' not 'Form Template' under the campaign. How do I trigger my workflow by using the form under webform as I do not want to use ZOHO design form templates but rather my own? Is there a custom 'Form Template' where I can input the form code design from webform? I certainly do not want to start all over with this whole form design,
