QuickBooks - Item Numbers that are used in Customer Jobs and directly billed
Today there is no way to create Item numbers that can be exported in QuickBooks that also contain the vendor and customer date for Customer Job Items. When we import the Product from ZOHO CRM into QuickBooks we will need to manually go in and edit each item to make it comply with a Customer Job (that has specific vendor items billed) for each invoice. Zoho Quickbooks UK Integration
Hi, We are planning to use Zoho CRM with Quickbooks UK version and were wondering if there are any known issues with integration? I know the integration doesn't support UK version of Quickbooks but may be there are workarounds. Thank you for your help in advance.
Tracking sent emails ( with Gmail Apps)
I have configured gmail apps so I can see incoming mail from contact in zoho but can not get it to track outgoing emails except if I send emails thru CRM. Is there any way to track outing gmail to contacts thru zoho?

Apps & add-ons not visible
I am new to Zoho CRM but for it to be useful I need the Outlook app. In the instructions Zoho says Log in to your Zoho CRM account. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Other Apps > Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. However, even though I am the administrator this link is not visible. What am I doing wrong? regards
Problem with links on web tabs since last update of Chrome and Firefox
Good morning, Since last update Firefox and Chrome, all my customers have problems with the webtabs, each time that they open Zoho CRM they must go to the right corner on Chrome or go to the left corner in Firefox for fix it (I attach an image for show this, is a example in Chrome). I only use Zoho Creator pages in the web tabs, and need find a solution for this, is too tedius for my customers to fix it by this way( in the browser's corner), because they must do it a lot of times in a day. BCC Dropbox Not Working
I am trying to use the Zoho BCC Dropbox feature and it to be setup correctly but does not assign them within Zoho CRM. The sender address in the list of approved email addresses and the recipient is on one of the leads. There is no indication that the email was retrieved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Bruce

Zoho Mail integration into CRM
Hello, I am a new user to Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail. Recently I sent out a mass email to all of my leads. When some of these leads responded I expected the responses to also appear in the email category of that particular lead. This didn't happen their response only came to my email. Will this not automatically happen? I want to keep all correspondence between leads/contacts/accounts in their respective places, how can I do this? Please help!!

Zoho creator related list Window is outside the view in Internet Explorer 10
When I use IE10 to edit an item in related list in Zoho CRMs accounts module to edit Zoho creator information, the window appears on the bottom of the page and the rest is gray. So when I click edit, everything is grey, but if you scroll down, you find the window. This problem does not occur in Google Chrome

Mail issues
The Mail does not recognize any of the contacts, leads, etc when writing a new email. Usually after entering the first three characters a drop down list with the possible contacts starting with those characters would appear, now it doesn't and if I click on the little icon next to the field to see the contacts it says there are no contacts!!! What's wrong?

Zoho CRM integration with Quick Books Enterprise Solutions 13.0
My company is trying to determine the best way to post data from our Zoho CRM and Zoho Invoice accounts into Quick Books. We just upgraded our QB Enterprise Solutions software from 12.0 to 13.0 (which is WAY better). The problems is that now Zoho is not compatible with Quick Books. According to our developer we are now "waiting until Zoho catches up to 13.0". So my question is, what is the estimated date when Zoho and QB 13.0 will be able to work together?

Send email - attach from CRM documents
We are using the send mail feature of Zoho CRM directly from the lead. When you click on Attach - Documents the default featuer is to list 10 last documents instead of displaying default folder structure. Is there any way to change that? Also, from the attach screen, you cannot right click any of the files to open them so sometimes if you are not sure what you are attaching, you would have to jump out and open the file file within the CRM main menu and then come back to attach. We have 100s of files

How can I see if my scheduled mass email was actually sent?
How do I tell if the mass email I scheduled to be sent was actually sent? When I go into schedule mass emails, I still see the two mass mailings there, and it appears I can still edit them. See attached image. Does this mean they did not go out? When I go to a lead that was on this list, it does not show they were emailed. Any help is appreciated! Lindsay

Problems with Zoho CRM and ZOho Books
Today i spoke with one of your stuff on chat and informed him that we put all the invoices on the Zoho Books, but we cannot see them (fetch) on Zoho CRM. He informed me that we have to put the invoices on Zoho CRM and then to fetch them on Zoho Books and what i was doing before it was wrong. So according to his instructions we delete the invoices from Zoho Books and add them on Zoho CRM, but still nothing worked. When i try to use again your online chat facility i have the same operator as before
