Function to change status of shipment after 3 days
Hello! I am trying to make a function that through a workflow, changes the status of the shipment to "delivered" after 3 days. The 3 days time is made with the workflow, but the update function is not working. Clone an Item WITHOUT positive stock
I have noticed, after making many a stock check, that when you CLONE an ITEM in Books or Inventory that has a stock quantity, The new ITEM has the SAME stock quantity!! Really can't fathom the logic. The 'donor' Item should have a default zero stock quantity. Anyone else seen this, or think that I have it wrong?

Hey Team, Hoping you could someday implement a recommended reorder point based on our sales data. Since you have all our Sales Order data, it would be nice if the system can automate or recommend a reorder point for all our active items. It can be done via Reports. Hi Team, I have integration between shopify and zoho inventory and it is pulling shopify orders(paid & unpaid) as sales order into zoho inventory. I am then creating invoices using automation automaticly for the the sales order. While creating invoices using automation, I want to check if shopify order (salesorder in zoho) came as "paid" or not. If Paid then I will mark the invoice status as paid else will mark it invoice sent. But the problem is it is not clear as how to get the order status details.

I have signed up for a trail Zoho Inventory account, and can not find sales forecasting in admin panel. I saw it is part of Zoho CRM. I am also confused if I need Zoho CRM or Zoho inventory? I need to be able to ascertain whether an invoice has actually been sent/emailed & update a custom status field, can you guys please tell me how to achieve this via automation or field updates? A much better system would be to have a status "Posted" which would change to "Sent" upon actually sending the invoice by email. Hi there, I have succesfully got Oauth working and can connect to Zoho Inventory using the API. But now I am finding that the functionality is quite limited. For example, the pagination simply does not work (setting per_page has no effect) and there are is no search functionality documented. So, for example, if I want a count of our items, I have to page through all of our items and count them using code. This could easily over-run the max calls per minute limit if you have several thousand items.
