Is it possible to customise reports on Zoho Invoice? I want to customise the invoice ageing report and chose my own Ageing.
View Paypal %OnlinePaymentURL% link after generating Invoice
Hello, Most of my billing is done in person. I would like to know if after I generate an invoice I could go directly to the paypal link for payment. Ideally I could create the invoice on my Android and process the payment on the same device immediately after generating the invoice. I would just need to be able to access the %OnlinePaymentURL% link somehow without going to the customers email to view it. Thanks, Tony

Exporting PHPcoin Customers to Zoho Invoice
Hello, I work as a part-time freelance Web Designer and started using PHPcoin to create invoices for my clients. I have seem to grow out of that program and would like to use Zoho invoice but do not want to lose the Customer data & history i have in phpcoin. Is there a way to import this data?
paypal error - purchase could not be completed
I sent an invoice and when the customer clicks on the PayPal link, the following error shows: The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details. I set up the payment gateway in Zoho. Any idea what I've done wrong?
Email history of individual invoices doesn't show time sent
It only shows the day it has been sent. This makes it hard for the recipient to locate the email in a time efficient manner if they receive a large number of emails.
How to export only one invoice in csv format
This application has a useful feature which allows for invoices export in CSV format . I've noticed though that it is not possible to choose which invoice one would like to export. Is it possible to export the invoice content in CSV format in some other way? If not, would you consider adding such feature?
Invoice disappearing
Twice now the invoice I have created has simply disappeared from my account. The invoices were made from the time tracking interface if that makes a difference. Both invoices were saved. Anyone know why?
How to transfer invoices from one organization to other
We have the situation that we have very distinct organizations within our company (about 8 of them). Each of these organizations issue estimates and draft invoices (detail invoices). The administration of the company receives these invoices and creates additional summary invoices. I could not find a way in Zoho invoice to send/transfer the detail invoices from one organization to the other. Does Zoho have such feature?
Stripe "Operation Failed"
I've followed the directions exactly on Zohos website to setup stripe but I still get this error. In Stripe I have also made sure I am using the Live API key and have verified my account so that it is now active and able to accept transactions. I do not get an error when setting up but only when my customers choose the stripe option to pay online. Help! Brenda
Invoice question
Sorry if this has been asked / answered already.. I have recurring invoices that automatically bill my clients for various services on a monthly basis. I also have project invoices for some of the same clients. Right now the result is two invoices going to the client on a monthly basis. Is there a way to "merge" these invoices so that the client only gets one invoice with both the recurring and project line items?
Redoing Invoice with Reimbursables and Time
I created two invoices: 1) from project reimbursable expenses and 2) from the project time tracker. They are two separate invoices. Now, we need to change the invoice, and put some items on one, some items on another. But if I delete any items from the invoices, it still says that item has been invoiced in the time tracker and expenses areas. I tried voiding the invoice, same thing. Is there a way to create or change or add to invoices from the expenses without re-entering all the project time

Can I use my own processor for receiving payments?
Hi, I am a Merchant Services Rep and my rates going through my services are much lower than any of the options provided for by Zoho. Is there a way to choose a different processor within Zoho? I also provide Business Consulting Services and have several clients that could use your system. Draft invoices should not be auto-allocated a number
Hi, I'm often working on several draft invoices at a time, and I may not send them in the same order as I initially created them. I noted that when the draft is saved it immediately receives an auto-generated invoice number, but this means that when the invoice is finally opened and sent, which may be a few days later, the number sequence may not align with the date sequence. To keep the date order and number order the same I'd suggest that you don't allocate an invoice number until it is changed

Taxes as a negative value
I've noticed that in Zoho Invoice taxes can only be positive (i.e. the tax value is added to the total, for example a 1000$ object with a 20% tax would give a total of 1200$) In my country (Italy) we often display on invoices also negative taxes, which are paid by the seller. Generate Reports based on the user who created the invoice
I am trying to manage multiple sales reps, and zoho invoice works great as a mobile app. But, I think it would be useful to track sales/invoices generated by Sales Reps/User. Even more useful would be also seeing how many draft/open vs closed invoices they have. Averaging their typical invoices and of course generating monthly sales reports by Sales rep/User.

Confirmation that client received invoice?
I would like to know if Zoho invoice has a notification area that tells if and when a customer opens an invoice sent via email. I think this would be a great option since its common for spam folders to hide incoming emails. It would also save me a bunch of time to know if a customer received an invoice instead of having to call them to ask. If the software doesn't have this feature, does anyone if there would be a way to add email delivery confirmation. Thanks David
