There seems to be a small bug in Zoho Invoice. When I go to "Settings" -> "Company Profile" and input my information (that contains accented letters such as "�", "�" and "�" and so on) it doesn't seem to recognize them. They become garbled. And as a result, when I print out an invoice it shows them as being garbled as well. Anyone? :)
About Statements
Hello, I have figured out how to automate my invoices and my overdue notices to go out automatically. Is there some way for me to customize a statement to go out automatically based on a pre-setting that I can customize by client? Thank you! Doreen

Hi, How are the Custom Fields named in the templates? i.e. the variables? something like %CustomerBCustomField1%? I'd like to use my own template, but I can't seem to find out how to insert the custom fields. thanks! J

Language setting / Depend on OS default?
How to change the language setting? I want to have my invoices in English but the language setting has been changed since last time I issued an invoice in the end of Jun. Now the language is same as my PC OS language. I like this type of kindness but I want to have them in English. I searched in Invoice Forums/Help/Blogs but I could not find any tips. Tamopy
edit invoice bug
hi, when i edit an invoice that was alredy created, the item doesn't stay selected. If you select the item, description is removed/reset as it was to start with. if the item is not selected and you save it, it removes the that line from invoice. - kris
Enhance Items defaults
Are there any plans of installing a way to predefine the items discounts on the item details pages? That would be superb and would make invoicing for publishers and other trading enterprises much easier! Thanks for your cool software.
Next / Previous navigation not working in Firefox
Hello, It might be a problem on my end, but I can't use the Next Page or Previous Page buttons to browse through my invoices. I think it may have been the case since I started using Zoho Invoice, but I never had to use them until I had enough invoices. I am using Firefox 3.0.8 and javascript is activated. All my adblockers are disabled. Although, I tried with MS IE and the buttons work, so it must have to do with the browser settings. Maybe something that can be fixed in the about:config menu?
Date localisation
Hi, First thanks for the great work being achieved with Zoho invoice (and more generally for all Zoho application which are usefull for small business). I am using invoice with the "french localisation" ad the euro currency. Although everything is fine so far with currency, I am ahving issues with the localisation. Everything is localized within the invoice (I am using a custom template) but the dates. Indeed date get stuck in the american format : "13 May 2009" instead of "13 Mai 2009". Thanks

See the total turnover
Hi Zoho team, actually the only way to see the total turnover without the tax month per month is to select the tax report and watch the column without the taxes. My problem is that I also do invoice without the tax and this invoices are not calucalted in that report. How can I have the total amount invoiced without the taxes (also those invoices without taxes) ? Thanks a lot.

Invoice Item Order BUG
The problem is as follows As you can see every day I add another line item to an invoice, but once I reached January 25th, the line item moved to the top of the list, and every item after that, I would like them to be in order, any thoughts?
Small improvement to Reporting requested please
Hello, I think it would be good if the Zoho team can add a small improvement to the default reporting options. There are present reports for: Custom Today This week This month This quarter This year This is fine, but often it's necessary to go back and look at the history, maybe to look at the total of last year's sales or last month's receipts, and this can only be done using the "custom" option. Audit trail for "sent" invoices?
Hello - love the product! The one shortcoming I'm experiencing is a lack of audit trail or some indication when an invoice has been sent (via email). A few suggestions: Consider introducing a new status beyond open denoting that the invoice has been sent. Or, consider introducing some form of Sent Mail type audit trail showing sent invoice history including file name attachments (file name only - no need to retain the actual attachment). Currency Conversion Bug - Wrong Operator?
When I use multiple currencies for different invoices, I get the following bugs: 1) Reports come in single currency - the base currency (this might not be a bug) 2) The currency conversion rate seems to be applied in the reverse. For example if I put 1 INR = 0.016 EUR, the reports effectively show 1 INR = 1/(0.016) EUR. The second mistake seems to be a simple bug (wrong operator used?). Please look into this. One feature request - Could we choose the columns which we want to export? Thanks
Zoho smtp being blocked
Not sure if this is the right Forum but maybe a moderator can redirect. Just had some of my emailed invoices get bounced. Turns out one of SPAM Assassin's Blacklist providers has blocked the smtp ip for Zoho - 72.5.230.67. Check it here: http://www.uceprotect.net/en/rblcheck.php. ; So I have to export to pdf and email separately, but it's not as convenient as the original Zoho service. Anyone else experiencing this?
Poorly Imported
Maybe someone can help me - I imported a batch of invoices yesterday and they all imported with a date of 12/31/1969 (don't ask). I am trying to delete them and import the information correctly (I believe this had to do with the way I formatted the dates). At any rate, the help files say I can delete multiple invoices but there is no delete key anywhere I can find when I select a row of invoices. I also noticed that I cannot make these invoices "open" (which I don't necessarily want to do). Since

Email formatting problem
Hi there, I have a problem when sending out to certain multiple addresses. I have a customer who has an email address formatted similarly to this: abc.def@xyz-group.co.uk If there are multiple of these addresses separated by commas, the error message appears along the lines of 'format not found in to' or similar (please check). Could someone at Zoho look into this please? Thanks!
Reminder Invoice - Payment link NOT Working
Hello, I have found ALL my automated reminder emails have an issue with the "Make payment via PayPal" link. When clicking on the link in an email, the customer ends up at Zoho Invoice sign in page. Looking at the link code, and comparing it with the code in an invoice sent before the reminder, I found ":443" to be missing and replaced by an extra"/" after https://invoice.zoho.com However, manual reminders, DO NOT have this issue. Italian translation needs a deep double check
Hi Zoho, first of all thanks for this great product! I just want to point out that the Italian translation has big errors in a lot of places. There are also points were is missing, points were different menu elements are translated in the same way (!!!), and lots of layout problem generated because italian is much more longer than enlish and so the text goes on two lines. Please could you double check with an Italian mother tongue and a real italian user your translation? Thanks a lot.

Hello just saw the zoho apps an i was faczinated. Sorry bad english bud im a german ;-) I try it an miss some things they are nessary to fit the german and european law. For instant totaly translation and some aditional filds on the invoce. Are there any Accounting software applications that Zoho Invoice will integrate with (i.e. Quickbooks, or preachtree, etc)? Also, are there plans for Zoho to develop an online accounting application?

Hi Zoho Invoice Team : I´ve been testing the product for a while now, its one of the best tools for online invoicing I've tried. However it lacks a very important feature that almost all your competitors have; The inventory control of items. When I logged out a couple of weeks ago I filled the form requested by you, asking for this feature. Zoho team replied telling me that they are working on it. Any estimates ? Automatic numbering while importing invoices.
Hi, Please help us with the following: We are exporting a complete CSV file for our project management system, and import that into Zoho Invoice. It seems like the invoice number is a required field when we import the invoice CSV, but we would like to use the automatic numbering in Zoho, generating the sequential numbers in Zoho. Flexible Export
It would be great to filter Invoices by status or date range and then individually or group select records to export. We would like to use the Payments Received to filter our records that we can send through to our shipping software. However, exporting these Payment Received records (Closed Invoices) does not include the line item details nor the associated shipping address. What happens if remains invoices on my suscription?
Hi, I'm enjoying all features of Zoho invoice, and I'm a happy suscriber of this service, but I just was wondering what happens if at the end of billing cycle still remains invoices to be created according to my suscription plan, does them accumulate to the next cycle or they will reset (get lost)?
Invoice table does not align
Hi In my customized estimate template, I changed the table headings in the main body of the estimate. For example, I changed the column labeled "Quantity" to "No. of Sessions." Now, the Subtotal/Total table does not align with the main table above it. Please advise. Thanks! Jerry
Payment Reminder Email
Hey Zoho Invoice Support, It would be nice to have a button to send an invoice reminder email to an invoice that has not been paid and is approaching the due date deadline. Right now, the same "Send" button appears for an email that has already been sent.
