Want to upgrade but can't access my admin account
I signed up for a free account. My account is about to go over 5gigs and I want to upgrade to a paid account. The admin account is the only account that can upgrade. The problem is that I forgot my admin account info and I have been unable to recover

I'm unable to click on any of the links in settings under "My Account". These include Personal Information, Activity History, Active Sessions, Security Question, Change Password. Also, none of the links under the "Help" section on the main window work
