Basic Approvals
It would be cool if drafts could have an approval flag. Doesn't have to be a complecated thing. Just a place where a manager can mark a draft as approved or not. When making a comment on a draft, would also be more helpful to attach comments to the bottom of the draft dirctly rather than dump it into Collaborate.
Zoho social leads to CRM configuring issue
I have configured two applications A & B) in single Zoho Social account but for "B "application i can add the conversation to CRM account - on the right side i am getting a prompt saying add to CRM........Bbut for Ai am not getting when i checked i am able to see following for A account and its saying your plan is downgrded.. could you help me on this

Why Zoho can't search message like the other mail application do? What if i have 10,000 message? How do I track them if i don't remember their name?
Clients Cannot Login
I've added my clients to their brand, and they are trying to login but it is saying that the account does not exist. Is there another way they are supposed to log in? Does it just take a certain amount of time for it to process into the system?
I am not getting the premium access my company paid for.
My company has paid for me to have access to zoho one apps, however, on zoho social I am still placed on the free subscription and cannot access certain features. I can also not be brought on to more than one project at this time. Can you help figure out what is going on?
Google Plus Brand page now showing as available account
We have got a company we do work for, but we had to go through hell to sort out their Google My Business account. We have since created them a Brand page, but when we are logged into their account, and go to add their G+, it shows only their personal page, not the business one. Any ideas why?
Drafts not showing on FB or IG
Hi! I've created draft FB and IG posts on Zoho Social, and I want to make some adjustments only available in their interfaces (emojis, etc). However, I'm not seeing those drafts inside the platforms. Should I? Should a Zoho Social draft post pushed to the platform appear as a draft there? If so, is there a delay, or is there something else I need to do?
Wanting to post on LinkedIn Profile
I really like the new Zoho Social, but the only problem is that it allows me to post updates only on the LinkedIn company page. All my updates go to my personal LinkedIn and I would like to schedule my posts for that only. Any suggestions someone has?

Hi, what does the 'Your followers vs non-followers" metric measure in the Additional Stats tab for Twitter? I thought it represented the nature of the Twitter users who had had an impression of my tweets over the selected period of time. Hi, I have just integrated my Zoho Social to my CRM, but I have a doubt about the value of creating leads automatically in Zoho Social from social media interactions. We have quite a few people each week who ask for info about our service in Facebook and many give us an email address in the message. However, other people may just like or comment on a post. If for example we automatically generate leads for people in our CRM when someone likes our page we only get a name. I see little value in that.

I'm an agency client and I work with a team to post and schedule updates for several brands. So far we've noticed that only the person who posted the update gets the notification to post on Instagram. Embedding a Report
When you go to report and click in the three dots there is an option to embed the report. I copy this link and put it inside an iframe. It comes up as an inaccessible page. Is there documentation for this? Is there a process for making the information public?
Can´t see discussions on Colaborate
Hello, My page is using zoho social and i am a Brand Admin on it. However, everytime I post something on the Collaborate section or comment to drafts, I can´t see them after they get published, however, the Portal admin can, and I can see them through the notifications area. My scheduled post section has disappeared under my posts category. Also, the option to schedule a post is no longer an option when I draft a post. I have the free version. Does it have to do with this?
Adding Facebook pages
When first setting up SOCIAL, I unchecked several pages that I have unrelated to the business which will be the primary account. It allowed me to add that 'brand' perfectly. App Crashes
Hi, I'm using Zoho Free Social Edition. When I schedule posts, the alerts arrive on my Android phone at the designated times. However, a couple of times now, when I've tried to open the alerts I've experienced failures. The first time, I got a prompt saying something like, "Sorry, Zoho has stopped working."
