Better Notes Commenting

Hi,

I'd like to suggest better collaboration tools for NOTES.

The current notes section for Accounts, Contacts and Deals is not ideally suitable for any degree of communication or collaboration. When responding to a note, there is no ability to leave a threaded comment - so especially with multiple people leaving notes, it's almost impossible to maintain the context of the conversation.

We came from Pipedrive and the way they do it is pretty elegant and works well.

Of course, there could be ways to offer collaboration in Zoho tools like Connect (really great UI) - but there is no real integration between both Zoho tools and I really don't want to keep notes or facilitate discussion in multiple places.

The combination of SFDC and Slack does this - Zoho seems to have all the tools but there's no real overall integration approach here. Am I missing something?
