Webhook 'when estimate is refused' is not firing

Hello, 

I use a workflow through make that sends estimate with zoho books (I paid books and sign). 

-Those estimates when accepted are firing the webhook that I create in zoho sign (photo 1)
-However when refused they are not firing the webhook that I created (photo 2)
-In the notification zone on zoho books I can see that the estimate has been refused through public link but it's not firing the webhook (photo 3)
-I tried both standard webhook and the official from zoho sign or even zoho books and none of those fired when the document was refused (photo 4-5)
-If i create manually a document to sign with zoho sign and send it. Then refusing it, it works. However I'm using zoho books module to send estimate and I need to have a webhook returning data when a document is refused.

TLDR: Refused document sent through automation with make through zoho book send estimate is not firing another configured webhook that is supposedly watching for refused estimate from zoho sign.
