Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.29.4.0)

Trident for Windows just got better! It’s packed with new features designed to enhance communication, manage important information securely, and give you a smoother, more productive experience.

Let’s dive into what’s new!

Access Zoho Vault inside Trident.
You can now manage your passwords and confidential information right from Trident with the Zoho Vault widget. View all of your stored passwords, edit them, share them, or access passwords shared with you, all without leaving Trident.

Replace primary account on Sign out. 
Previously, signing out of the primary account in Trident when multiple accounts were logged in would sign out all other accounts, too. Now, you can switch any secondary account to primary before signing out, so you stay signed in and continue working without interruption.

Note: You can also switch the primary account from the Settings page while signing out.

Sign out of all accounts instantly.
Along with the option to switch your primary account while signing out, you can now sign out of all accounts at once without logging out of each one individually.

Schedule messages for the right time. 
Are you working at odd hours, or from a different time zone, and wondering how to message your colleagues without disturbing them? You can now schedule your Cliq messages to be sent when your colleagues are available.

Start and join scheduled meetings. 
You can now start and join meetings scheduled from the Cliq web app from Trident. You will also receive timely reminders to ensure you're available for your scheduled meetings right on time. 

Access message drafts from anywhere. 
Have you ever typed out a detailed response to a colleague but couldn't send it because something urgent came up? No worries, you can now access your message drafts in Trident's Cliq chatbox across the Cliq web and the Cliq mobile app, allowing you to edit and send the messages from anywhere. 

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

If you haven't already downloaded the app, you can download it here. Trident is available for free for all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (using Zoho Mail).

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
  4. Once you're ready, click Submit.
