Why isn't there a section in jobs for associated e-mails like there is for candidates, clients, contacts, custom modules, etc.? When a new job is put into the system, it would be nice to track who all was notified about the opportunity. It seems to be special cased-out for some reason. Is there a way to add it? J
Logged in user(career site) can not apply with existing profile infomation?
So when a user is logged in to the career website, and he applies for a job, he needs to fill out the the form? Why can his profile information not be used instead. This seems like and unnecessary step the user needs to complete when he applies but already has an existing profile...
Reporting Feature Requests
Overall I'm pretty happy with the reporting capabilities. However, I've noticed that for reports, the best view of the data seems to be on the website page after running the report. The excel, pdf, etc. is difficult to read. I really prefer the HTML after running the report from a usability perspective. Also, from a PM perspective do not assume these reports are only for internal/user case. They may also maybe publically facing and go to third parties. My suggestions for improving the report piece:

I'd like to know how I can let my interviewees choose their interview times from a list of my available times? In my case, I have 10 people to interview over 2-3 days and as the owner of my company, I don't have time to go back and forth in emails to pick times.

Associated list - Candidat status and Candidat status for job opening
Hi, We understood that a candidate has a Candidate status, a general one and sometimes several candidate status for job openings. How the system choose the Candidate status, among several candidate status for job openings ? The is a bug in the Associated list. In a Job opening file, associated candidates are listed. But the status of each is not the candidate status for this job opening. This is the general Candidate status. This information at this place is not correct. In the associated list design

Could you tell me what the difference between these two is? I've tried both of them when generating reports and they do yield different results but I can't tell what the specific difference is. Thanks!

Dear Support-Team, My team members informed me that the response times from ZOHO are much longer than usually. To open a document takes more than 1 minute. Unfortunately to this issue we loose a lot of working time.
How to mark a candidate as inactive?
Hi, Some of the candidates in my resume database are not looking for a job change in the next 6 months. How can I mark such candidates as "inactive" so that they dont come up in my search of prospective candidates. I would like to mark them as "inactive" with a target date when they might become again active. This need to be global setting at candidate level; not one associated with any particular job. Hi, After adding two picklist custom fields, the candidates can not be saved. When I edit the custom picklist, the save-cancel-edit words gets messed up and the form can not be saved, the loading alert keeps staying at top. Thanks
Zoho recruit and hubspot
Can Zoho Recruit import the results from a form on Hubspot and correctly map all the questions on the form and sort those answers in an easy way? Can it also integrate with the lists created in hubspot? Or can I create or copy the form into Zoho and then replace our website's application form with Zoho's and when an applicant selects our ApplyNow link they stay on our website and can complete the form?

When I Clone a job, The clone shouldn't maintain the job status. When I clone a filled or canceled job, I have a new job opening that matches 90% of the position. When I Clone a canceled job it maintains the status and even the job opening dates. I want to be able to clone it and be able to edit the job status and the job opening date should default to today.

URGENT- Intellecap website- Zoho bug problem
Hi, We are using Zoho with the username 'Intellecap.hr'. Recently we noticed that none of the new jobs that we are posting from Zoho are being reflected on our website (Intellecap). On trying to see if there was an error, we noticed that while publishing a job the status is "waiting for approval" as against "in-progress". The option of "in-progress" is not appearing in the drop down as a result of a probable bug and thus currently only 4 jobs are being reflected on our website. We need to resolve

Bulk email to associated job candidates not working
Hi, I just tried to send a bulk email to all candidates associated with a job opening, and it appears to have worked for some but not others. There is no reason for this that I can see - the candidates that have not received the email are not blocked from receiving emails or "locked". Any thoughts? Thanks, Rob
