Zoho website will not show contacts that are in my iphone
I have Zoho CRM on my iPhone with lots of contacts and they are not being synced to the online profile. Is there a plugin, a button or a magic dance that I have to do in order to get them to sync?[Free Version] How to create an email reminder for tasks?
I know that the CRM shows an alert inside the app in due date for a Task, but I need to send an email, because one of the users do not feel comfortable with the app on the cell phone. Is there any way to do this or something similar? Thanks in advance. Our sales reps using the Zoho CRM app on Android phones are experiencing that the app crashes whenever they go to create a new event and tap on the "from" date field. Is anyone else having this issue? We've found that if you save an event then go back in and edit the "from" date field you can do so without experiencing a crash but that's not an ideal long term fix. Zoho support told me they could not replicate the issue and would continue to look into it... Just wanted to see if this was a problem2 mobile accounts not effective
I have 2 businesses and when I am mobile I have to push 39 buttons to switch from one email account to the other. I am considering changing one account to outlook so I can switch back and forth more effectively. When I try to share a Moment or multiple photos from the Photos app to Zoho Mail, it only attaches one photo. For example, I selected 4 photos and when they were passed to Zoho Mail, only one attachment displayed with a name of FullSizeRender.jpg. Seems like a bug. Can you replicate?Territories on mobile

Ever since Gmail came out, the action of archiving e-mails (instead of deleting them) has become my most common action on a message after I've read or responded to it. In the latest and previous versions of the Zoho Mail mobile app (I use iOS), the Archive option is not easily accessible from a message. Instead, you get the option to Delete, Move, Flag, Label, (now under the More menu) Mark as Spam, Make Offline, Print, and Mark as Unread. Why not let us Archive directly from the message? Is there no iPhone iOS push notifications? Testing out project management software for our company and I know that would be a deal breaker if it is missing. When I installed the app it asked for permissions to send notifications but I don't receive any when I create a task or do any activity. Is it because I am the user creating them? When I added an event I did receive an email but that was all, and through Google Calendar I believe. Do I have the settings wrong or is this not a feature?Android Syncing
I am saving contacts on my android phone as a Microsoft Exchange Active... But they do not show up in zoho web. In fact no contacts seem to be syncing either direction. Mail is syncing but not contacts or calendars. Is this a known issue? Regards, -daveServer error on mobile app
After changing display name on the website, I did as suggested by another thread to clear application data for mobile app in order to have the updated name on email sent from app. After doing that however, I can no longer send mail on the mobile app, it always respond with server error. As the the title says, currently Zoho CRM on the mobile doesn't include a signature when writing an email. The Send Email function on the website-version of CRM does have this functionality, with the signature being pulled from what's defined in Personal Settings. I created a game for our team and today I'm noticing that activities, like adding notes, are not being counted in the game or towards badges when made from the mobile app. Works fine from desktop. I feel like that is critical as most sales activity updates, like notes, are from the road and I must have missed a step in setting this up. Hi, I have never used Zoho mobile app, I prefer to view the regular version. but now I am trying to find a way to meet a temporary need. I am participating in a course for 10 days and wish to minimise distractions. There is one mail alias from which I would still like to be alerted immediately an email comes in, and I am looking for a way to do this, using my smartphone. I am having an issue with updating the discount and the total when creating a sales order from mobile. From mobile when i create a SO, i select the products, enter the QTY and choose the price books, Then i tap on discount field and I check "from associated price book" and tap on Calculate, the discount value and total do not update, the total remain as list price x QTY. The saving of the SO record still do not show the price book discount to be effective. When I edit again the newly createdMy tasks on Mobile App do not all show up
On my mobile phone app ( android), If I select My Tasks and sort according to Priority, only about 3 High, 4 medium and 14 low priority show up. On the web, and within the next seven days selected as a filter; I do have a total of 11 high, over 15 medium and over 15 low. I was able to login to Zoho Mail after initially having some difficulties with setting up google authenticator on my phone. Once I passed that hurdle however, Zoho app was not sending me push notifications as I requested in the settings. I just tried to delete and re-install and now the Zoho is not verifying the google authenticator code. I even tried texting a code to my phone, and that didn't work either. Hi, I'm having a problem with the Android app (on a Samsung S7 phone) where i can't create a task for a team member. There is no problem on the web I/F or on the iOS app - you just select the team member from the drop down list. I'm migrating notes from Evernote to Zoho Notebook by selecting all the text in a note in Evernote, choosing the Share... command in the menu that appears over the selection, and selecting Notebook as the destination. Unfortunately, all of the line breaks get removed from the text in the process, so in Notebook it's all run together as one paragraph. When I first installed the Android app, all projects were loaded and they appear in the project list when I tap the filter on top of the screen. But projects created after that don't show up on that list. I receive notifications from those projects, and I can see their tasks when I select all active projects. When I post an event using the mobile app (Android version, but memory serving, my friend with the iOS version has the same problem), the time is set three hours back from the intended time. For example, if I have an appointment set for 11:00am, even though I clearly set the event to that time, the result is erroneously 8:00am.
