CHANGE URL - OFFLINE SURVEY
Hello All, The survey URL (survey.zohopublic.com) did not work for past 12 hours and we are negotiating with the IP providers to fix the issue. Kindly change the URL of the survey from "survey.zohopublic.com" to "public.zohosurvey.com" for Online and Offline surveys. Example : Offline survey link : https://survey.zohopublic.com/offline/pPy2YJ. Modified offline link : https://public.zohosurvey.com/offline/pPy2YJ. One field from Survey-CRM Intergration not populating in CRM
I have a strange issue where one (1) of about 40 mapped survey-crm integration fields is not populating with data. The data submitted is saving in the Survey system. It is visible in the report (all and individual). There are no sync errors, and I can confirm other data is being updated successfully by the CRM SYNC. In the image below (snippet from CRM-Leads) ALL fields are populated by data via the Survey-CRM integration... however, one field does not populate as mapped. The field remains empty.
Slider values not STICKY for returning visitors (on page/iframe reload)
I have a survey that is set to remember and repopulate answers for returning visitors. On regular forms fields such as name, email, demographic, dropbox etc all values are "sticky" when a visitor returns to the page. However, slider values do not appear to be sticky. In my below video example I have a slider with a DEFAULT / INITIAL value of 4 While completing the survey (as a visitor) I change the slider value to 7 and click next.... then I click previous to confirm the value was sticky. Would it be possible to add the full toolbar to the Email Trigger content editor? I would find this particularly helpful as it would allow me to use common styles for all outgoing messages from my company. Choice Hover Background Color Resets to everytime survey is edited...
The Choice Hover Background Color is set default each time the theme editor is opened. To reproduce the issue: Stage #1 - Creating the form 1) In Zoho Survey select a fully customizable template (ie: natural) 2) Create a form containing a single select element (radio buttons) and publish/preview the form 3) Open theme in theme editor 4) Select Choice Hover from the element options on the Background tab. 5) Set a new hover color with the color picker 6) Click Ok to choose new color 7) Click Apply
Is there anyway to embed full HTML and JS that runs the my survey?
I'd like to embed the full survey on my website (not Iframe or js pop-up window). Is there anyway to copy the HTML, JS and STYLE information so that it can be hosted on my site but still depositing data into the Zoho Survey framework - similar to a web-embed lead conversion form for CRM or embedded support ticket form for SUPPORT?
Question Display and Values Not all sticky with SECOND LEVEL question logic (on previous/next button press)

Custom Styles don't show on Mobile S
It looks like styles for Zoho Survey Forms are not applied to MOBILE S screen size / resolutions Below are two screenshots from Chrome's built in Device Tester. Mobile M shows styles are active. Scoring responses in survey
Our survey uses the typical Strongly Disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, strongly Agree, scale for most questions. I have currently been able to assign scores of Zero, 1,2,3,4 to those statements however only if the actual numbers appear alongside the possible responses of agree etc. Can the attributed scores for each response not be hidden and simply used by the system to create the averages, range etc? In addition I would like to score both "Strongly disagree" and "Disagree" as Zero, with neutral
Suvey Submissions not visible in CRM
When my survey form is submitted the mapped CRM-Lead integrated fields populate correctly (except one - noted in seperate dedicated thread) However, the completed, sync'd FULL survey does not appear in the Zoho Survey section of the lead view. Below is a snippet of the lead view which is entirely and successfully populated by data from the completed (unlisted) Survey Is this a bug, or a setting I have overlooked?
Slider values not STICKY when using previous / next buttons
When navigating through a multi-page survey with previous / next buttons sliders reset to their default values. I believe these values should be sticky.
Why are Slider Values missing from Survey Reports?
I've noticed that not all slider values are displayed in the reports for my survey. It appears that the final (last) value of the slider is always omitted form the report. For example. I have a slider with value range of 0 to 2 (3 points) However in the report only values 0 and 1 are displayed. See attached images. I would appreciate help resolving the issue. Survey gives "RESPONSE ERROR" message on page with only Slider Elements
While testing my embedded <iframe> survey form today I received a "Response Error". The same page consistently produces the error on "next" button press. The page (page 4 of 8), contains only slider elements plus one description element. I believe the submission error may be caused by the same issue that causes the final (largest) slider value to NOT appear in the report. While working through the customization features for general templates i have noticed several customization do not fuction correctly. Survey to datasheet, how do i auto update calculation formula with newly entered survey data?
Hello guys, Zoho is pretty awesome so far! I have a quick question about my recent project. I am collection date via zoho forms, and within the response sheet, i have a series of formula to calculate each entre of data. Here is the problem, whenever a new person fillout the survey, a new row of data is inserted on top of the sheet and wont automatically apply the formula to it. Is there anyway to make it auto? as in auto apply the formula to every new entre of data ? Cheers ps.is there an API
CRM and Survey aren't integrating
I am having a problem with these two integrating properly. I have integrated Survey through CRM, and it seems to have worked since I am able to send my surveys through CRM and the new related list is showing up on Leads/Contacts. However, no sent or completed surveys are showing up attached to the leads/contacts. I have no idea how to solve this problem. Anyone have any suggestions?

Renaming survey response with a field from the survey form upon export
Is it possible as I export a submission for it to save the survey name based on a field in the survey? Ideal for me would be if I could export multiple submissions from a survey form and they save by the name field of the submission onto my computer once I export. Then instead of Report 1, Report 2, etc. I would have Report - Joe Smith, Report - {First Name} {Last name}, etc. Is there an option for that like a mail merge that could catch that field in the survey name upon exporting? Help with changing ADMIN
Support is not responsive. We have 1 admin for Surveys and he is no longer with the company. we are able to login into his account but there is no option to change anyone else to an admin. I am the super admin of the entire ZOHO installl, no option to change admin. Support has been asked 4 times to fix, no phone number to speak to anyone. Anyone help?

Aligning the background image
I want to create a custom theme for my survey by uploading and including an image file. Among the themes available on Zoho, the beauty one is closest to what I want mine to look like. The image is displayed on the left side of the screen and the full survey is visible on the right side. I just want to be able to use my own image but achieve this same effect. Website SLOW !!!!
I am in the middle of a survey I have spent thousands of dollars advertising. Your survey site is very slow. It almost takes 10 seconds to load the first page of the survey. After that it is taking multiple seconds to switch between pages. I am losing respondents to my survey because of the slowness of your website !!!! Please fix asap.
Remove Left/Right Borders on mobile survey
Space is at a premium on a mobile device. The current themes keep a large border on the left and right - in total almost 25% of the screen width. This give very little space for the survey itself to be presented. Remove the majority of border on the mobile survey display and give the space back to the survey itself !

Integrating responses to a ZOHO survey into a potential in ZOHO CRM
The satisfaction survey I've created can be sent via ZOHO campaigns to Contacts that have a Won potential against them. So far so good. The next step is to integrate the responses to the questions back into ZOHO CRM. Here I can see that mandatory fields set up in ZOHO CRM Potentials filter through - so that I'm asked to select a corresponding question. See screen shot below. Hi, I have create a zoho survey to be used offline, using an iPad withSafari. However when I am back online and choose to upload, it startsthe process but never finishes. in total there are 8 response. Surveys - How are they Viewed?
We want individuals to complete surveys/polls then be able to see the results of these after a specified period of time when others also complete the survey (i.e. 15 minutes). How are the results of surveys "published"? Does only the publisher of a survey first see the results, or can everybody who has completed the survey also see these results? If individuals completing a survey do so on their smart phones, can they see the result of the survey on their phones as well?
Scoring to Custom Page
When trying to use the scoring logic to redirect to a unique end page of the survey, the scoring will not allow a value higher than 100, however scoring for the survey being developed goes into 150?

update fields in CRM
I'm doing the survey and CRM integration so that when the customer sends the survey, some fields are updated I have in my Invoice module. That should take the CRM field to be updated? Phone number box for a survey question
I was trying to have phone number entry box on my survey but whenever users put in their phone numbers they get error messages saying that the number they entered should be between -2145676532 to 2145676532. I used numeric box and i'm unable to increase the max number a user can enter??
