Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.22.3.0)

Trident for Windows is here with exciting new features to elevate your workflow and take workplace communication to the next level. Let’s dive into what’s new!

Zoho Voice integration.
You can now easily manage business calls with the Zoho Voice dial pad in Trident. With your own virtual business phone number, you can make and receive calls and contact your customers on their landlines or mobile phones directly.
With multi-channel connectivity, you can send international SMS to over 100 countries and receive messages just like you would on your phone. You can also enjoy unlimited call plans in 14 countries, including the U.S., Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, and more—helping your business grow while keeping telephony costs low.


Text formatting options.
The Mail Composer now supports Right to Left (RTL) and Left to Right (LTR) formatting, making it easier to align and structure your text properly for a smoother writing experience.

Calendar search. 
You can now quickly find the calendar you need without scrolling through the entire list.  With the new calendar search feature, you can easily locate a specific calendar from the list view.

Improved WorkDrive widget.
Previously, you could pop out the WorkDrive widget from the widget pane. Now, you can not only pop it out but also view it just like on the web. The updated two-pane layout allows you to navigate between folders and the view section for a better experience.

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

If you haven't already downloaded the app, you can download it here. Trident is available for free for all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (using Zoho Mail).

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
  4. Once you're ready, click Submit.
