Elevate your CX delivery using CommandCenter 2.0: Simplified builder; seamless orchestration

Elevate your CX delivery using CommandCenter 2.0: Simplified builder; seamless orchestration

Most businesses want to create memorable customer experiences—but they often find it hard to keep them smooth, especially as they grow.

To achieve a state of flow across their processes, teams often stitch together a series of automations using Workflow rules and Cadences. And, while it is true that Workflow rules help create simple condition-based automations and Cadences to draw sequential follow-ups, it is quite challenging for administrators
  • To scale them through out their journey
  • To understand customers’ holistic experience
  • To quantify the value delivered across the journey
It requires them to supervise and intervene, subsequently fragmenting the experience delivery.

That’s where CommandCenter helps.

Think of it like a chief of experience-centric automations in Zoho CRM. It brings your tools, touchpoints, and events across your landscape together and helps craft one seamless journey—so, every action feels connected, intentional, and logical.

Business scenario:

Zylcare is a multi-specialty hospital focusing on geriatric care. Recognizing the needs of their niche audience, Zylcare aims to deliver simplified experience with streamlined operations. They use CommandCenter’s journey building tool to orchestrate patient experience in their hospital.

As you can see, for every recommendation, interaction, and progression, Zylcare has setup thoughtful yet contextual responses at each juncture through and to different tools, touchpoints, and events.

With a comprehensive setup like this, you can
  • Track the performance of all these executions
  • Bring harmony to your overall process execution.
  • Streamline the order of execution based on logic
  • Simplify your customers’ experience with your business
  • Track how prospects are progressing. You can analyze returns, roadblocks, velocity, churn, direction, experience, and more.

So, What’s new in CommandCenter 2.0?

Whether to manage the lead’s journey, service delivery, vendor coordination, or an entire customer lifecycle, bringing together processes, touchpoints, and customers is a complex orchestration.

With CommandCenter 2.0, we’ve made that orchestration smoother, smarter, and more scalable. Here’s what’s new:

Accessibility and Navigation
  • The UI of the builder is changed to look fresh and sleek.
  • The navigation of the builder is enhanced with smoother controls.
  • Accessibility is improved: The structural elements and Signals (erstwhile, Triggers) are made quick to use.
Functions
Optimized:
  • Stages (erstwhile called as States) are no longer module-bound: Businesses can house records from multiple modules into one defining Stage.
  • Signals (erstwhile called as Triggers) in a transition can capture events from standard, integration-based, and custom sources: Using Custom Signals, businesses can use events from literally elsewhere to qualify the records to move (transit) from one Stage to another.

Added:
  • Identifiers are unique field values that help identify customers and follow their journey across CRM modules. Unlike lookup fields that require a pre-defined relationship between modules, Identifiers rely on existing field values to connect two records. This means there’s no need to establish a static connection. Relationships are dynamic and are driven by the journey itself.
  • By backtracking the identifiers in a customer’s journey, you can trigger actions from Stages the customer visited earlier.
  • Records can be transitioned based on the lapse of pre-defined SLAs.
  • At the outset of a journey, you can ascribe a goal to track the objectives of your journeys.
  • End stages can be earmarked with sentiments for easy comprehension.

That’s all about Journey Builder in CommandCenter. This overhaul serves to enhance the CX you offer and help measure them with accuracy.
