Zoho Connect | Quarterly product updates | Q1

Dear customers!

Hope you are all doing well. In the past few months, we've added new features and updates to provide you with the best user experience possible. And here's a quick rundown of features we released from Jan 2023 to April 2023.

1. Starter plan

We released our Starter plan: An affordable offering for small teams and growing businesses to help them improve internal communication and collaboration. The plan went live for all customers on April 11, 2023. 

2. Microsoft Teams integration

With the new Microsoft Teams integration for Zoho Connect, users can conveniently schedule and join meetings directly from Connect. This integration enables teams to seamlessly leverage the features of Microsoft Teams for their online meetings without leaving the Zoho Connect environment. Learn more.




3. Member stats in Tasks

We've added a new tab on the Task Statistics page that gives admins detailed task statistics for each member in the selected board. This tab is available only in Enterprise and Ultimate plans. Learn more




4. Improved left-side menu

The extended menu on the left side of the Zoho Connect has been re-designed to give it a fresh look and make navigation even easier. We've done this to enhance the user interface, provide a better user experience, and keep up with the evolving design trends. 




5. Video feedback

The built-in feedback provider in Zoho Connect now has a new option to record screen. This option enables the users to effortlessly record the screen demonstrating the issue and send it to the support team. This will help the support personnel understand the issue better and swiftly provide a solution. Learn more.




6. Configuring a web tab to open in a new browser tab

Previously we had a limitation in which only the links that support embedding their content within another app can be added as a web tab. However, with the new enhancement, URLs of websites that don't support loading or embedding their content within another app can be added as a web tab and configured to be opened in a new browser tab. Learn more.




Apart from these, we've made performance improvements under the hood to give a seamless user experience and better performance.
