Allow default dial-in numbers to be specified for meetings

Similar to GoToMeeting, allow the system administrator to specify which dial-in numbers are included in the invite by default. They should also be able to specify the primary number e.g. UK, with additional extra ones e.g. France, Italy.

During the creation of the meeting, they can also add extra locale numbers or remove default ones not required for that specific meeting.
