Several feature requests: including Complete Offline Payment Processing in Bookings

Hi,

We are a zoho partner trying to develop zoho one as a solution for allied health businesses. Until bookings incorporates more functionality it isn't a workable replacement to current practice management systems.

We are interested in the following features being added for Zoho Bookings (all are a priority and in no particular order):

1. A visual representation of weeks, similar to current day view - see attached competitors example. (This allows for quick visual understanding of gaps in days that need to be filled or blocked off).

2. The ability to create block booking rules (i.e. limit the availability of appointments shown to customers so bookings fill up back to back (important for health/treatment based businesses).
Example 1: customer 1 is given two options in the morning and two in the evening, customer 2 is given two options in the morning (either side of customer 1) and two options in the evening (either side of customer 1).
Example 2: Bookings fill from staff initial availability time forwards.
Example 3: No gap greater than 15 minutes is allowed between bookings, so when booking online the only available slots will be within 15 mins of staff initial availability time or within 15 minutes of another patients booking).

3. MUST: Offline payment management direct through bookings software (handling payment with card on file, marking something as paid and being able to record as a split of the payment i.e. health fund component & Gap component. If entering a health fund component it should reduce the amount owing for the Gap payment. Also needs to deduct any deposit already acquired. Ability to manually add payment amount if card cannot be processed via integrated payment gateway)

4. Complete integration with Zoho Books (which then sends invoice receipt to customer once payment has been handled - must have the ability to add custom notes so we can detail the split of health fund to gap payments).

5. Top level booking page that shows all workspaces (We would us workspaces for different offering segments (Chiropractic workspace, Massage workspace, pilates workspace etc.)

6. 'Sections' in a workspace (i.e. Chiropractic workspace with a sports section, women's health section, prenatal/postnatal section, paediatric section. Each section then has services listed underneath it).

7. Much tighter integration with zoho CRM (we need two way sync of customers, mapping of fields across booking form and CRM, a CRM integrated view of bookings - to avoid reception staff having to 'hop' through various apps all day, Appointment history inside CRM contact, show CRM contextual info on customer inside zoho bookings etc)

8. Integration with Zoho campaigns (to push people into onboarding/welcome sequences, and other marketing material).

9. Integration with Zoho Subscriptions (Once a subscription is started we want to give the customer access to a 'private' bookings page so they can book classes/assets they have paid a subscription for access to).

10. Ability to manually change status of customer (show as arrived, no show, payment pending, payment complete, payment failed, etc)

11. Ability to credit deposit for a future consultation (if customer pays deposit then reschedules or cannot make the appointment).

While we have highlighted these options as specific to health businesses, these features would be welcomed across all industries. Please let me know how we can help get these features rolled out.
