    • Deep linking will also allow for:  Edit form, Check-in, and Send an email.
• 'Sign in with Apple' is now supported in Bigin App
  • I’m seeing this start to pop up more and more.  Along with “Sign In with Google” and “Facebook”.
• Zoho Projects iOS Mobile App
  • New Custom Views for Tasks and Bugs
• Zoho Desk Android add the Timeline Feature
  • A quick way to view ticket history.

Implementation of the Week

• Expansion of Zoho Desk - Zoho Projects integration
  • Zoho plugin for Zoho Desk allows users to add Tickets as Issues/Bugs into Projects
  • However, this integration is a bit limited. There is no syncing of status or due date moving forward. The only information that can pass back from Projects Issues/Bugs to Desk Tickets is stamps into Ticket comments
  • Our automation uses this integration to reflect updates to Issue/Bug Due Dates in Projects back to Desk Tickets, by parsing the comment and writing the stamped Due Date to the proper field in the Ticket
  • Additionally, we layered in Zoho Flow to sync the Status of the Issue/Bug and Ticket, so that if it is closed in either app, it is automatically closed in the other.
