If you are a part of multiple organizations with the same email address, all the Orgs will be listed in the 'Choose an Organization' list in the CRM mobile app Settings. You can choose a particular org to switch to the desired org.

1. Go to CRM mobile app. 
   
2. Settings. 
   
3. Choose an Organization. 
   
4. A list of all the organizations will be listed. 
   
5. Choose an Org to switch to the desired org.

This feature is available on both iOS (v3.5.20) and Android (v3.4.9) Zoho CRM apps. You can update the app directly from the respective Play/ App Store or using the links given below:

Also, we have brought in support for deep linking feature where you will be taken to content on accessing a link. In CRM mobile app, you will now be able to access record URLs and Web tabs belonging to multiple organizations.

Now, if you are logged into Org A and if you are trying to access an URL of Org B in the mobile, you will be prompted to choose between the organizations in the mobile app.

Note: The initial download of the account will occur only when the respective account is accessed for the first time in the app.
