  • Vendors can now access their transactions, communicate, review orders, and more.

  • Zoho CRM Migration to Bigin, Zoho Sites, and Email Validation are here now.
  • In the next two months, we will see Zoho CRM to Bigin Synchronization and Books Integration.
• Zoho Creator Updates for August
  • Zoho will be rolling out the following updates this month:
    • File preview in reports
    • Displaying published components inside published pages
    • External hosting for widgets
    • Supporting record templates in the detail view
    • Integrating Creator with Zoho Directory

• Zoho Workdrive Update
  • You can now add Labels to your files.  A very nice way to tag and organize your files.

Notable Mobile Updates

• SalesIQ for iOS Gets a Big Makeover
  • Pretty much a top to bottom rewrite.  Very nice.
• Zoho Sprints iOS app now supports the 'Sprint users' field.
  • And to clarify: Sprint users are users who will have access to the sprints. 

Implementation of the Week

• CRM/Books - Account Level Commission Tracking via Zoho Analytics
  • Commission Rate field (w/ admin access only) added to CRM and Books Accounts
    • Also added to integration to ensure consistency between applications
  • Invoices tracked by default in Books as attributed to a salesperson
  • Analytics workspace created syncing information from CRM and Books
  • Summary table created using data from CRM Accounts (Commission Rate), Books Invoice revenue, attributed by the Invoice salesperson
  • Allows for commissioning not based on rates per user, but based on rates per account.
