• All New Marketplace Extensions for September 2020

• Here is the full list of all of the recently released Extensions in the Zoho Marketplace. A big one, is that you can now connect Zoho Subscriptions to Zoho Analytics.

• Zoho WorkDrive Adds Improved File Previews

• WorkDrive supports 160+ file formats which means you can quickly view files without having to open or download them. The team has added 5 new enhancements for previewing your files.

• Zoho CRM Enhancements to Webforms and A/B Testing

• 3 nice updates.  The big one being that after the A/B testing is completed, you can launch the winner automatically.

• Zoho CRM Portal Pricing Changes

• Zoho has revised the pricing of portals.  (The price went down.)

• Zoho CRM "Unsubscribe" Feature Has Been Revamped

• These changes will not impact the existing unsubscribe links, except these links will not be listed under the list of unsubscribed links.

• Zoho CRM Wizards Enhancements

• A bunch of new features for Zoho CRM Wizards. 

• If you haven't tried Wizards they allow you to create CRM records with forms that are easy to navigate, and allow you to guide your sales team with notes

• Zoho Desk Devs Can Now Access Resources Defined in the Resources.json File

• Developers can now easily include Zoho Desk resources, such as fields and webhooks, within your extensions.

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho Survey - CRM Integration to create Task for Contact record upon Survey completion

• Zoho Surveys have a plug-and-play integration into the CRM that allows for Surveys to be sent out and tracked related to CRM records

• However, completion of a Survey can not trigger a specific follow up activity to the CRM record owner

• On completion of a Survey, we can trigger custom functions to run

• Our custom functions finds the matching CRM Contact or Lead, and creates a follow-up Task to the record owner letting them know which specific survey was completed

• We use Loom everyday at Zenatta.  It is our app of choice to record quick videos for our customers.

• This was an app of the week way back on CRM Zen Episode 5 (September 3, 2018) They recently announced a bunch of changes, and I thought this would be a great time to share this application again.

Tips and Tricks

• Creating and Extracting Zip Files in Zoho WorkDrive

• In this video from the Zoho team, they show how WorkDrive lets you create ZIP files, download zipped data into your system, and extract files into a different folder.

• You can also preview the contents of a Zip File without opening it.
