Los festivos son, para muchos, momentos de descanso. A su vez, para algunos negocios los días festivos presentan una gran oportunidad para contactar con clientes, promocionar nuevos productos y servicios, y en general, ofrecer un contenido distinto, y tal vez más cercano. En la publicación de hoy, de la mano de la serie Tips and Tricks para Zoho Campaigns, os voy a dar cinco consejos para que negocios como el tuyo puedan aprovechar la Semana Santa y otros festivos que estén al llegar. ¡Empezamos!
Tip #10: 5 consejos para un mejor uso del email marketing durante festivos.
El marketing por correo electrónico puede incrementar la presencia de tu marca e impulsar tus ventas durante épocas festivas. ¿Qué puedes hacer para que así sea?
1. Ten preparado tu plan de marketing
Planifica tus estrategias de marketing con antelación para asegurar que tu marca se mantenga conectada con tus contactos durante la época festiva. Anota los días festivos del año en tu calendario para tener una visión global de la frecuencia y el momento de envío de tus campañas, y evita situaciones en las que tus correos podrían ser abusivos.
2. Ofertas personalizadas para tus clientes
Cuando consultas tu sistema CRM, o echas la vista atrás, puedes ver que hay clientes que han estado con tu negocio durante mucho tiempo. Las épocas festivas son una buena oportunidad para agradecerles su compromiso con ofertas personalizadas. Envíalas con campañas personalizadas gracias a las etiquetas de personalización de Zoho Campaigns y dirígete específicamente a cada uno de ellos.
3. Diseños atractivos
El diseño de tu correo electrónico juega un rol importante en la generación de confianza y conexión con tus clientes. En general, las épocas festivas traen consigo emociones positivas, las cuales deberían conservarse también al recibir y leer tus correos electrónicos. Utiliza imágenes y textos que animen a tus clientes a recordar las emociones positivas durante este tiempo en experiencias pasadas.
4. Haz seguimiento de los historiales de compra
Recuerda a tus clientes las elecciones que han hecho en las compras anteriores. Esto evocará un sentimiento de pertenencia, entre tus contactos, con tu marca. Para ello, elabora tu plan teniendo en cuenta datos cómo sus compras pasadas y su historial de navegación, y evalúa las posibles necesidades de tus contactos.
5. Automatización de los correos electrónicos
Crear una serie de correos electrónicos manualmente y enviarlos uno a uno, como ya sabemos, es un proceso que lleva bastante tiempo. Es el momento adecuado para planificar tus objetivos de email marketing de la temporada y elaborar correos electrónicos elaborados basados en el tema.
