Unattended VS One-time remote session

Hi, I'm looking to have a downloadable file for customers to use when going to my website, and they would click on a link which would then download a file. They open the file which gives me a one-time access screenshare with their computer. I see that you have this for the unattended installer, but where can I get this for the one-time session?
The attached screenshot is where I thought that it would be: 


But this assumes that my customer can get into his email, and I know that I can have them open a web browser, and go to https://join.zoho.com/123456789 for example, but I'd like just a simple small download which I can then upload to my website. See here, where I am moving from TeamViewer to Zoho, http://allgoodpc.org/support/ the customer has the option to click and download the same file, which then pings me in my queue when they are trying to connect.
Do you or can you make this option?
