Another month and here we are with another edition of the Zoho Inventory Community Digest. We have product updates, spotlights, webinars, and much more in our Community Digest for you this month. Let's check it out.
1. Spotlight
Micro businesses are an important part of the small business world. Micro business owners generally look out for the best money-saving options available in the market, and free is a great price point. In this video, we suggest you take a look at 5 free inventory tools for micro businesses.
Existing dropdown options in your dropdown custom fields can now be marked as inactive. You can go to Settings > Preferences and select the module containing your custom field to mark options as inactive or view the existing inactive options if your wish to turn them active again.
Now you can connect your Amazon FBA stock to other integrated sales channels like Etsy, eBay, and Shopify. This will allow you to fulfill sales orders from these other sales channels via the Amazon FBA inventory or warehouse.
Managing customer and vendor statements at the branch level is now easy. You can manage your company's branches while viewing your statement reports in the Customers/Vendors module of Zoho Inventory.
The FIFO cost lot tracking report in Zoho Inventory now has an option to filter this report by branch.
When you record a payment toward an unpaid invoice in Zoho Inventory, you will be able to see a list of up to 250 unpaid invoices from this customer at the top of the invoice list. This will help you identify the right unpaid invoice and apply the payment to it.
While creating a transfer order between your warehouses or making an item adjustment to your stock, you can now attach a file to this transaction. This will make it easier to associate reference documents like stock take sheets or internal transfer requests with your transactions.
The latest update to the Zoho Finance and Zoho Analytics integration now allows the following modules to be synced via this integration.
System Mails SMS Notifications Budgets Landed Costs Sales Receipts (for all sales receipts enabled customers) Shipping Bills Bill of Entry
We have now introduced the option to edit the billing and shipping addresses for Amazon orders in Zoho Inventory.
If you have integrated a marketplace or shopping cart with your Zoho Inventory, we now offer a reduced sync time for your orders. You can now schedule a sync interval of 15 minutes for your integrated online sales channels.
When sales orders from your integrated shopping cart or online marketplaces are brought into Zoho Inventory, they will now have their shipping charges (not including taxes) mapped to the default shipping charges field in the Sales Order module.

Zoho Inventory is now live on iOS 15. Live texts, scanning of multiple serial numbers, and enhanced privacy on widgets—have it all with a better user experience with the latest iOS 15 updates for Zoho Inventory.
