Preview emails do not match original campaign colors or design
When sending a test email after editing and saving, background and text look completely different in original design vs the preview emailed version. Editing and saving multiple times does not change the test email to match the original layout. Biggest problem is text and/or background colors. In attached, original on the right, test on the left. Any thoughts?

Seeing Other Users' Syncs
Hi, Zoho Campaigns currently restricts users (even other admins) from seeing other users' sync details. This holds up communicaitons and it holds up diagnosing any problems with a sync. Just today, I had to try and diagnose a sync problem but cannot see any details from my coworker's sync. Even in my remote session with Campaigns Help, the solution was for me to log in with my coworkers credentials! The lack of visibility needs to be fixed.
I cannot "Send for Review"

Campaign Workflow is not detecting Opened email

New Sync Issues with Modules
In the new sync, I am syncing from the leads module directly to a list "All leads" then syncing from the contacts module to a list "All Contacts". When I look at the All Leads list it includes all of the clients that are in the contacts module as well.

Hi, I usually see that all my email campaigns get statistics about 80% of unopened. What does this signify exactly ? not received, or simply not opened ??
