Multi-value filter on a view
I want to filter the results of a view with multiple values passed to a column, say "1" or "2" or "3" or "4". I know how to do this by designing the view to have a custom filter; but can I do this "on the fly" when displaying the view, so the user can arbitrarily enter the values herself to filter the results? Kind of like Excel but more powerful as you can enter an unlimited # of filters.
On user-input Action for Subform Fields
I am having a strange issue where an On User-Input Action is not being executed when editing a subform fields after opening the Main form and attempting to edit a field in a row. However if you add a new Row, then add data to the field, the On User-input Action is executed. When you do the same action on a Row that was already in the record when it was opened for editing, the Action is not executed. I have screenshot but the system is not allowing me to upload them. Push Data into Zoho Creator using a USSD Application
Hi, I'm new to API's and I need your help. I want to allow my prospective clients to be able to submit their data through USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) using their mobile phone. Here is an axample of the workflow: Client dials *123# on their phone. USSD is triggered and prompts the client for their Name and then Surname and Email Address and so forth. Problem embedding form
Hi, I am trying to embed a form on my website and the bottom area of the form keeps getting cut off causing there to be a scroll bar. This issue persists no matter how big I make the form. Could there be an issue with the HTML code I am using? Please help it looks highly unprofessional
Hide Search Functionality in Customer Portal
Hi, We have the customer portal. We are close to launching this however there is an issue. At the top of the page there is a search box. This search box seems to allow any user to search any records within the system when logged into the portal, regardless of if they are the owner of the record or not. Please can you advise to A - How to hide this search box as we don't really need it or B - How to remove/hide the data that seems to be able to be searched. Please can you advise on how to do either

Zoho Creator running slow since early September
We have a Zoho Creator database of many thousands of items and as of the last three weeks the service has been running increasingly slowly. It has reached the stage where we click 'Add' to add a new project and have to wait about 30-60 seconds for the 'Add Record' panel to appear. Making other changes also takes a long time to update, and searching is equally slow. Is anyone else having this difficulty?

Copying data between two forms
Hi Sorry if this seems like a simple question! Currently I have an 'Application Form' that is completed by a customer. I want to be able to automatically draw information from this form on Zoho Creator to another form in Zoho Creator. For example: The contents FirstName field in 'Application Form' be copied to FirstName in another form. I think I need to use a stateless form for this but really don't know where to start. I've read the support docs on stateless forms but would appreciate any advice.
Having Problems with IPAD App when trying to load my form (Zoho Creator)
When I try and access my form through the Ipad App it kicks me out to the ipad main screen and will not let me access my form. It lets me get into my Zoho Creator portal and lets me get my form reports, but not the form itself. Please Help if you can! I am very new to this and am not sure I even Published it right!

4x4 Row in form
Hey people, I'm using the trial version of Creator right now and really like it. I am planning on getting the full version but am caught up on one part. I can't seem to figure out how to insert a 4x4 row into my form. I can only seem to make single fields, but can't place them next to each other or underneath each other in a 4x4 fashion. Previous Import Not Shown on Report App
I'm evaluating the Basic Version. I had done an Import of 721 records, and everything came through, except there were some records that had errors, which I fixed. When I tried to re-import the corrected spreadsheet it wouldn't let me because it said I had too many records. I called support and he told me I could only have 1000 records for free version. Fetching data from forms into pages
Apologies if this has been asked many times, but - I have a form ('Form_A') with two lookup fields ('Image_Title' and 'Image_Name'). I want to create a Page in which the data that has been looked up is fetched from the Form and displayed on the Page. I have already read all of the various help pages but I'm not particularly code-savvy and, despite my best efforts, I keep coming up against error messages such as 'null', 'the input 'Image_Title' is not defined', 'type required bool; type found string'.
Sync between Creator & Reports
We use Creator extensively. W e now need to reduce our record count which means deleting older records before a certain date. Ipad not displaying forms
My applications work perfectly with a pc, iphone or ipod touch, but not the ipad. The window using applications displays, but whenever I try to open a form, it starts to display the form, but closes and ends up in the ipad window showing the standard ipad start window with all the apple apps displayed. Update: I found that it is Ios 8.2 that is causing the problem. I bought a new ipad mini just today, and when I tested it with Ios 8.1, it worked fine, but when I upgraded to 8.2, the same thing happened.

I'm trying to create a formula which tells me how long I have items on-hand. I think I've gotten close, but I can't get it to work. When I use ( zoho.currentdate - input.MFR_DELIVERED) I get a long version of time. I can't seem to figure out the rest to get the short for of the time. For example, instead of just "9" (for days on hand), I get 777600000. And, I can get this " /(1000*60*60*24)" to work in excel, I just don't know Zoho language to make it work here.

Hi, I couldn't set report criteria depending on information related to the current user. For instance, if I want to show record from a specific table, I have another table that relates each email with a country, and I want to show only the records that the "country" field is filled with the same country as the current user. something like this: "country == User (email==zoho.loginuser).country" I also tried with user defined functions but reports doesn’t like them cheers! Hyperlink text wont import into creator?
Is there a way to import the hyperlinked text in my csv file into creator? when I import it it strips out the hyperlink and just leaves the text.

User Defined Variables
With "Script Builder" when I edit, for instance, an "if condition", a dialog pops-up to allow me to compose the statement. For the "criteria" I can choose to use a "User Defined Variable", but the list is always empty. Which is the way to create User Defined Variables?

Creator does liink to CRM. I built a time and billing app in Creator. What I would like is the ability to start at a contact in the CRM and open up the app and have it carry over the contact info. Formula field
I'm new to ZC and am hoping there is an easy answer here. I created a form where people are rated "evident", "emerging" or "not evident" on a list of competencies. Each competency is a different field and they rating is selected using a radio button.
