We have a "Product List" app in ZCreator and when we add/edit/delete a line is this app we want this data to push to "Products" module in CRM. I seem to have configured this correctly other than on edit and delete I can not access the unit price field because it is not a string field. Using 1 field to pull multiple fields from another form
Hi, I am very new to this program and I'm hitting a few roadblocks. I'm trying to look up a name on one form, but I need to pull a few items that is in the record into my existing form. For example, in the first form, I am using a look up to find the doctors name that is is the second form. Along with pulling the doctors name from the second form, I want to pull his credentials and city and state into the fields and prepopulate those fields in the first form. Help! Thanks! Trish

Hi, First time I have used HTML views was yesterday and I was finding them very powerful and had screens working perfectly, however this morning I have looked and lots of the deluge code is now missing! "You are not allowed to access this application."
I created an Application with user A. I've shared it with user B. User B can see the application when she logs in but when she clicks on the app it say: "You have logged in as <userBemailaddress>. You are not allowed to access this application." The user is active on the zoho creator settings page. All the forms are shared with the user. I've tried to remove the user and all of her permissions and re-add but still no luck. What is weird that it was working yesterday.

Beware of Editing the Form Definition!
The form definition is found under a form's workflow. There are two options to view and edit it: without action, and with action. With action shows all the submit code and on-user action code. Without action just shows the underlying form fields. I just discovered that if you edit a form definition's "without action" part and save, ALL the SUBMIT/DELETE code is deleted. There is no warning about this effect nor an option to revert to a saved version. Unfortunately, this has set me back a few hours

Just upgraded from free to standard and now my users cannot access the app. It is shared and they are Admins. My project has come to a standstill. I see this error dialog "Warning! All your profiles are inactive." and the users see "You are not allowed to access this application. Please click here to login as a different user." when they try to login.

Overhaul the SendMail Function to Allow for Easy HTML and Templates
I have been using Zoho creator for a while and it seems that the system to send email is VERY clunky. If I want to send HTML, I have to replace every " with a ' and other little tweaks. The Deluge and html do not work well together. Do you have any plans to overhaul this? I could envision an HTML template area where all you do is use your refer fields to add the dynamic content. This would be a GREAT and much appreciate upgrade. If not can I integrate with a transactional email program like Mandrill?

How do I grant admin rights to another Zoho Creator user?
How can I grant admin rights to another user of our zoho creator? There are two of us who use are currently using it, I am able to edit any of our applications while the other can not. The application is shared with the other user, and they can access it and enter data but they are unable to edit the app. We are currently using the free version of Zoho Creator. Do we need to upgrade, or is there a step I have missed? Thanks!
