IMAP migration fails to add user
I am attempting to migrate from my old IMAP account to using Zoho Mail. I have added the server settings in a new migration and that seems to have worked. When I add a user to the migration it fails and says 'User not exist'. What does that mean and how do I diagnose the error further? I am adding the user name and password exactly as they are in my IMAP client and then putting my Zoho email address in the third box, hope this is correct.
MX and SPF not working
Already added the MX and SPF records, but on the control panel it still stays that they are not pointed to zoho mail. Can you check if my configuration is right and I just need to wait?
How do I get back to correct a domain registration error?

Problems in Setup of outlook 2016 imap with zoho account
Hi Can anyone assist me?I am new to ZOHO today, I have setup email addresses etc. with my domain and verified etc., however when trying to setup on outlook as an IMAP account, during the account test stage I keep getting an error message returned stating that 'outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server'.... I am using Outlook 2016... Can anyone point me in the right direction? Cheers Denny

I am trying DKIM verification for my domain blogorbits.com hosted on GoDaddy. I added the TXT record to the domain's DNS as stated, and did wait for almost 2 hours. Still, I am getting a verification error. Any Solution?

Hi, I try to configure Zoho Mail, we have serveral mail adresses, i have one who marked " mailbox disabled ", but i can't delete any account, i dont have any button to click to delete. In zoho mail client, i dont see this adresses. Help please.
Zoho is not able to read DKIM from AWS.
I'm only missing the DKIM validation to configure a new domain in Zoho Admin. I'm copying and pasting the key, but AWS adds some "" at the start and end of the key, and I think that's why zoho is not able to recognize it. Using https://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck tool it works when I copy from zoho DKIM configuration like: v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=....... but if I copy the one I have in AWS it would be like: "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=......." and it does not work any more. It would be nice if we could sort our email by the "From" field or "Subject" field in the inbox and by the "To" field in the sent folder. Currently, we can only sort by date.

Can't create new user on domain email on Zoho
I moved my domain email, pervisim.com to Zoho and am wanting to create user accounts. In the control panel there is only one option "Add" and no "Create". When i add the mail account, pat.stevenson@pervisim.com, it tries to send an invite to this email address which of course won't work. How can I fix this?

IMAP login / sessions history not available
Typically I'm unable to know where are users connecting from when using IMAP. If they login on the Web then it's visible on Device Sign-Ins, Active Sessions, Activity History, etc. This is a big security limitation. Is it a temporary problem? In the same field, Application-Specific Passwords show the creation date but don't show the last login time/agent header/ip address. For security review and revocation they are not so useful.
