Hi, I was verifying the domain, and it seems the DNS was not yet propagated, so I tried multiple times to verify, then I got the message "Unusual Activity Detected from this IP, try again later after sometime." And when I wait and try again later to verify the domain I get the same message! Please help. Thanks

Today we have upgraded our Free account to Standard account (annual subscription). We have one single user and it will remain so. No extra users will be added. But we will use multiple domains with the same email id such as: info@domain1.com (already exists) info@domain2.com (we created this domain and all verified) Now we cannot create info@domain2.com mail account. But as I changed my company name to "Menta Flor Store", I deleted all the configuration already made and I started all over again, all about my new registered domain: www.mentaflorstore.com.br. I paid $10 for a domain name a week ago from Zoho, still doesn't display. I reported it, no joy. I get prompts to verify my new email address but I can't do it without the domain I paid for. I got a generic reply stating that I should send a screen capture of problem. Can't you read?

Can't Use Account: Logs me out
I have 2 Zoho accounts, this one and another. This works fine, but when I try and log into the other account, it will pull up my mail list, but I can't look at any mail. It says the server can't be reached. If I try and access any Zoho services, I have to login again and again, and can't ever change anything. Accounts.zoho.com doesn't work, because I can't see any settings - it loads the page and things I'm logged out. I've tried several browsers and networks, and this has been going on quite awhile.

Hello Starting some time late last night got an message my SPF TXT was not verified even thought it was before and no changes were made. Also at or around the same time I can't send or receive emails from the zoho accounts I setup even know was working fine and I made no changes. Hello, I've added the SPF records on a TXT I previously added an SPF record for mailchimp and had no problems verifying it. I then added the zoho SPF record but when I checked there were two more records already there before the mailchimp record. Email stops working after deleting and adding new domain
Hi, I wanted to change domain and I found here tutorial: delete old one and add new one. So I did it but after that email stop working - sending and receiving. All folders in web mail are empty, POP/IMAP doesn't receive it. Sending email doesn't work and even sent mail isn't visible in web mail. Domain seems to be configured properly (MX, SPF, DKIM). Hey, I need some urgent piece of advice. My domain was under a multidomain until recently. I moved it to an own server and my Zoho Email stopped receiving email Now I inserted again the MX and SPF and nothing helped. I registered and purchased my domain name from Zoho, however I still need to verify my domain in domain setup - which according to the instructions should have been done automatically. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks

I have the "domain exists" error for a domain I just registered. If I log in with the number I used to verify, I go straight to my inbox (no option to resend verification code).
