I can not log in or retrieve my password
I created an account from my Google account, set up my domain (mlcdistribuidora.com.br) but after I made an error, I logged out, but I can not log in because I do not know my password. I already sent email to support, but so far I have not received an answer.
Not able to add user
I am not able to add user to my organization , I am getting error "user already exist". Multiple time issue was reported to support team but so far no solution. Every time I call support team I get only one answer developer team is working on it there is no ETA. Please help to solve the issue on priority.

Hello, It seems that the "user details" page mentioned throughout the documentation is inaccessible, at least in the latest version of Google Chrome. It is not possible to even access this page due to a bug that originates from the `getPage` method in `cpanel.min.js`. Also, the design needs some serious work. Your products' user experience is inexcusably poor.

What's the difference between the string generated in the control panel org settings panel and the DKIM under mail authentication? I've managed to test, and verify, but setting DMARC higher than none for the domain results in false positives for outgoing mail to certain domains that attempt to verify sender.
