How Do I Set Up an Additional Email Address, Not an Alias??
Hello, I have a customer support management system and I want one of my emails to forward to that system's email. The email I want to forward to (in my Zoho) is NOT the super admin but I think it's just an alias since it does not appear as a separate account. So when I set up forwarding for the described above, the emails forward to BOTH addresses. So my QUESTIONS: 1. I assume I have a set up a new account for my support email? 2. How do I achieve this? Hi! I registered account @krasuserviss.lv and as admin e-mail mentioned it@krasas.lv e-mail address. I wan't to log in now in the admin panel, but it shows that verification e-mail is sent to it@krasas.lv. But that e-mail doesn't really exist and I can't add alias for example from it@krasas.lv to toms@krasas.lv to receive it. And now I am stucked. Time for MX and TXT records to propagate
Hi, I set up the MX and TXT records as detailed in the dashboard, but the changes haven't fully taken affect. The sight recognizes the added TXT record for the domainkey, and it recognized the cname when I registered, but it's not recognizing the MX records or the TXT record for SPF. MxToolbox and any DNS checking site I can think of shows these records as being correctly pointed. Hello, incoming/outcomig was automatic disabled due to 100% usage of email box. The user deleted some messages and now the usage is 88%. I originally signed up with a temporary email account and added my domain name under this temporary email account (dplpqwsv@sharklasers.com). I then added my email address as a secondary address. All of a sudden, this account has been inactivated but I can still login with adam@....co.uk ..
