Unable to manage customer in Partner Store
Hello Zoho Team, Although I have added my customer in partner store, I cannot manage in Mail Control Panel Access. The error is shown as following screenshot, And also customer is not listed in my cpanel's partner portal, even customer is mapped by filling token code generated by customer and listed in my partner store.. Hi, We tried creating Zoho Mail account for one of our clients with the domain name - coupons4sure.com We were unable to create account as it threw some error after sending mobile verification OTP and now when we are trying to creating account , it says domain is taken. When we try account recovery options it says mobile is not verified and email is not created. How we recover and proceed with this domain. Appreciate your quick response.

www not working for by bluehost domain
I am using zoho mail configured to my domain pixelmargin.com But the host record causing conflict with www.pixelmargin.com . If i replace the www host record point to pixelmargin the issue will be solved but no emails will work there after. Whats the fix for this?

Hello, last night I tried to manage my domain for kenk4pa.com all 3 ways. It is definitely done correctly on Namecheap, and then when I did the html file and click the link it works, but it still says verification failed. I figured I would give it the night to try to resolve itself but it didn't. Any idea?

Control Panel says spf and mx records incorrect?
I'm trying to set up a new domain and email on Zoho Verified the domain, DKIM is OK, but got yellow error on MX records and spf records, no idea why? Can anyone help? url is simonparker.uk I checked the mx records from the mxtest website and all seems ok but assume something is wrong someplace. DNS is hosted by cloudflare if that helps? Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
I created a user under my account in Zoho Business and associated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. the email id i created was info@esskayinterior.com and services@esskayinterior.com
