Can't receive emails but can send
Hi, I've updated my MX details but I'm still not able to receive any emails. Below is a screenshot of my DNS manager.

I keep trying to add a user for my own domain, hexprint.tk.-but I keep getting this error message: "This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further detail." MY DOMAIN IS hexprint.tk PLEASE HELP

2 Users managing Multiple Email Accounts
Hello - I manage a small virtual business management team and provide support to dozens of clients. Can Zoho Mail be set-up with 2 or 3 users (myself and my employees) but dozens of email accounts (our clients)? In a few of these instances there will be only one or two email accounts per a specific domain, and normally a gmail or yahoo account as well. Trying to determine if Zoho is a good solution for sane client email management - but I'm seeing perhaps not? I realize I could pay for each email

can't export contacts
I add new contacts regularly and send a quarterly newsletter using email campaigns so I have to export my contacts to a csv file and import to my campaign contact list. Every time I have to do this the contacts won't export. I'm having trouble trying to receive emails from MailChimp to my zoho email, and would be grateful for help to fix this. I've added mailchimp into my zoho email whitelist and excluded their domain from spam collection. En el nuevo hosting se cargaron el CNAME anterior y los registros MX anteriores, supongo que por el cambio de hosting la verificación del dominio debe tener otro código, pero en este momento no puedo volver a verificar el dominio.
