delete secondary email administrator
Hello, How do I delete Secondary Email of Administrator? I have used abc@xyz.com while Primary Administrator while setting up Zoho Mail.. And Now I have made other email abc1@xyz.com as Primary address. So previous email address abc@xyz.com is showing as Secondary Email address. I am not able to Delete that.. I want to delete that and add as "Alias" to other email address. How can I do that? Thanks,

Unable to change password
I just changed the password for all of my emails that are hosted on zoho, and while changing one of them, my password manager had a fluke and I lost the password after submitting the change. Fortunately it wasn't on the admin account and I was able to login to the control panel. However when I try to change the lost password, nothing happens. I input the new password two times, then the admin pass and click ok, it just doesn't do anything. Any help would be greatly appreceated as this particular

To tell you the truth, we are a bit disapointed with zoho service. It is not easy at all to have feedback, get support even paying a standard service. We have a new employee at our company since 1 week and we are not able to asign him his email account!!. Invitation not activated - cannot find email address in Control Panel
Set up new email address was not activated but cannot see it in the Control Panel. If I try to set it up again I get a message that the "User already exists in your org". How can I activate if I can't find it?

Email policy not working
Hi there, I'm trying to create an email policy which disables POP email. I've tried creating a 'New Access Restriction', turning off 'POP Access'. I would then go to all mail accounts and apply the policy to all users. However, when I click on an individual user, I can see that the settings have not been inherited by the policy. Hi I've having trouble adding my domain (salcombeboathire.co.uk) to my account (email: maxine@salcombeboathire.co.uk) I get the error "This domain is already associated with this account "*****87" I think I might have started setting up x2 accounts for this salcombeboathire.co.uk - I had a timeout problem at my end on the first one.
