Can not login to control panel
Dear Sir, I believe that my email was hosted in zoho mail and used sekretariat@sepsurabaya.com as administrator account. But lately, when I logged in to zoho, I cannot find control panel tab. I tried to log in to https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do , but it said that “You are not authorized to view this page.” Please support me to solve this problem. Thank you.
Email Routing
Hello, I'm using the 'Incoming Gateway' feature on the 'Email Routing' page. Works perfectly! In doing so, the MX record is not pointing to Zoho now and I'm getting 'The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho' warnings? Hi, Why is so difficult to migrate my domain brgeradores.com to Zoho Mail???? I have a several issues to do the migration, five times i've to stop receiving mails, change my DNS and when a try to migrate, always exists an issue.... Oh my gosh!!!! Unable to add domain to account
Evening support! I hope you can help, I am currently unable to setup my account with the domain "thesportsrehabclinic.co.uk" I accidently signed up for an zoho.eu account and cancelled this and removed the domain and then signed up to zoho.com however I can't set up this domain on my new zoho.com account as I think it still may still be attached in the backend over on .eu I have attached a screenshot. Can't create new email accounts for domain I'm setting up
Just deleted the original domain I had, added the new domain in, and I'm stuck trying to add users for that domain. It tells me 'Unable to Add Alias Address' and I can't get back to the control panel to remove the domain to try again. Any suggestions?

I disabled incoming mail for info@lcci.co.za - and now it says "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." If this feature is only for paid users it should warn you to prevent the account from being disabled in the first place? Otherwise, it seems like a form of extortion. This is extremely urgent! - the main account for all email for our Business Chamber. I notice that your support can take weeks if not months to reply to support queries so I'm begging you to help unblock this account.
Unable to verify DKIM
Following error is shown since three days straight: "We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again" I have already added TXT record in in my godaddy account. Hi Zoho Support, When I try to add the alias "mail" or a new user with the same mail address as the alias, I get a "The data you have entered already exists" My "superuser" mail is admin at mayfly dot dk I can't add mail to the alias list, but all other things I think of works fine? Zoho Mail SAML with Azure Active Directory
I'm trying to set up Zoho Mail with Azure Active Directory and I keep getting an error that just say Oops, try again later... I'm not sure why. I've tried pasting the PublicKey as well as importing it from the Base64 cert that Azure provides. I've followed directions from both Zoho support site as well as on the Azure website. I just simply can't get it to work. Please help!
