Zoho vs. Zoom
I just ran a meeting with one other person using Zoho, and stopped it half way through to change to Zoom. The quality of the Zoom meeting was much better. The audio never skipped or stopped with Zoom. The video was also quite good. Why should I try to use Zoho, if Zoom is so much more efficient with managing bandwidth? What is Zoho's schedule for significantly improving performance, especially for folks that have slightly limited internet bandwidth, to better compete with Zoom. Please help me.

Empty Recordings and Unfindable Desktop App

Can the host lower the raised hands all at once?
Hello, My organization(Tranganization) has been using Zoho webinar extensively. We have a paid account at your portal. But, we are facing a problem here. We conduct webinars with like 100 participants. questions are asked by host, where participants answer by raising their hands. Now as a host, how can i lower the raised hands of the participants all at once.
Auto complete when inviting participants

Can we not record meetings while using Zoho Meetings on the Phone/Tablet?
Hi, I was meeting with a client via my phone and noticed that there is not an option to record the meeting. So I switched to my tablet and noticed the same thing. Is this not a feature with the mobile app? If not, when will it be available. I moved over to Zoho One for a lot of reasons BUT I am still paying other vendors for for needed features that are not available via Zoho. This is becoming frustrating.
Mac Desktop Optimisation
Video and audio is great on this new version But there's a few problems - goes full screen on startup- this is insane and unnecessary - when in full screen, clicking green traffic light goes to single app mode not scaling down. No API for Zoho Meeting
How is it possible that Zoho Meeting has no available API? I see posts from over a year ago where the previous Meeting API was discontinued with promises that the new version would be released, but clearly that hasn't happened. I'm ready to write a custom function in Zoho CRM to allow scheduling of online meetings but have been told that's not possible with Zoho Meeting. Hey, i can't add a new user of our organization to meeting. It says 11 of 12 used at the top of the user table. In the right corner it says: "You have used all your meeting licenses. Upgrade" Please fix this, it's a paid feature!!

"add to google calendar" still missing...2+ years now?
Please tell me I am wrong here, but I have come back to looking at Zoho Meeting after a couple of years using other services and I still see this? There is no "add to calendar" link offered, instead relying on attached .ics files? Do you understand how difficult attached .ics files are to add to calendars? Open Google Calendar. Have there been recent changes to the ZOHO Meeting Beta?
We have been moved to the beta program some weeks ago. We were quite impressed about the progress the system made (multi-video stream, full-screen-video, ...) In the last days the system appears to be the same like it was the months before the beta. I think the beta had an URL like "meeting.staging ..." or similar. Now it loks like "meetinglabs ..." Hello, We are testing Zoho meeting. Our tests show that the voice quality is mediocre. However it is enough for understanding of what we say but the experience is not very good. We compare it with Skype and Google Meet. Please could you work on the the quality of sound. Regards, Andrey

Hi, I've signed up for Zoho One and Meetings is listed as an application but I wondered which plan or what the limits are. At the moment it looks like I have access to the free features. Can you please add a link to add meetings to calendars directly via OAuth to Google? .ics files are difficult to use
Just as the title says....it is difficult to create a meeting via downloading an .ics file and then uploading it to the google calendar. Please consider adding a Google account connector so that we can add events directly, as other platforms do. this will allow my customers to also add directly, rather than using an outdated .ics upload method which is confusing to them. I see this as an important issue, because if attendees cannot easily schedule meetings on their calendar, they will not show

Hello, We currently use acuityscheduling.com for meetings We can set up different types of meetings and webinars. So we want to switch to zoho. But: When someone clicks the calendar. I want My guys to b able to Select 1,2 or 3 (each is a different type of meeting). Schedule it within zoho. Add notes once the meeting is done and then maybe reschedule when its a follow up meeting.

Hi, Just subscribed to Zoho One and noticed that Meetings was listed as one of the applications. When I came to try it out Meetings is not listed within the Applications list when I click on Add Applications. I went direct and only have access to the free version of Meetings. front camera not working
When I use Zoho Meetings in Google Chrome it is accessing my front camera but once I click to start the meeting it switches to my rear camera. This only happens in Google Chrome. Is there a fix?
Zoho Meeting for Zoho One integration with Zoho CRM
I have enabled Zoho Meeting for my Zoho One account. A few days ago I enabled integration to Zoho CRM but now I cannot add meetings from within Zoho CRM and when I disable the Zoho Meeting integration I cannot re-enable it. Is this integration something appart from the included Zoho One licence?
