Buenas, Quisiera hacer una consulta para ver si no lo estamos enfocando bien, o no somos los unicos a los que nos pasa. Usamos desk y books dentro de Z.One. El tema es gestionar los dos portales clientes, hay clientes que nos abren tickets y a parte nos piden las facturas (aunque se las enviemos automaticamente). Se nos hace un poco raro que el cliente se tenga que dar de alta en los dos y que sean separados,hay alguna forma de unirlos? como los usais vosotros? un saludo
EU Zoho Marketplace
Why are the vast majority of Marketplace apps/addons not available in EU, including those Zoho release? It’s incredibly frustrating reading about new marketplace apps on here and then not being able to utilise them. Can the two Marketplaces not be put in sync? Sync service does not function properly
Hi, I am running 4 contacts syncs, each run differs bout 15 mins. I realize that sometimes one or two of the automation do not sync from my zoho crm to zoho campaign. and yesterday all 4 syncs were not able to the new contacts in the listings at all.. help please

Help my industry keep working
OK, this virus stuff is really hurting my industry and I want to help. Everyone is setting up facebook groups, databases, spreadsheets to track who is out of work, what skills they have, where they are located etc. It's all well meaning but not efficient. I want to create something using Zoho Workerly to do this, I have Zoho One. I want to help people out of work find people who need freelance helpers. This will help keep food on the table and roofs over people heads while we get out of this mess.
Do ZohoSign custom modules count against the maximum I am permitted to have?
I have a five-user license for One. I believe this gets me up to 10 custom modules. In the "Modules" section of One Setup, there are three modules labeled as "Custom" but which are associated with the integration of ZohoSign. Do those three modules count against the 10 available to me with my One subscription?
Creator Apps are missing since today
...on the my apps dashboard all creator apps are gone and i can't re-install them on the dashboard!

Remove the create option from portal settings
Hi, I just created my first portal for the CRM contacts module. The idea is to give customers access to certain fields so they can change it themselves. However, in testing it seems they are also able to create new contacts, which is not what we want. If I change the permissions in the configure portal options, i can deselect edit & create, but if i try to select just the edit option, the create option immediate switches on too. What am i doing wrong here?

Field Mapping CRM to Project
Is it possible to map custom fields from the CRM to Projects? When a Deal is won I would like to create a Project based on the Deal. I would like information from the Deal to be populated in the associated Project. If the data cannot be mapped is it possible to create Lookup fields in Projects with the CRM data? Examples: Deal: Providing a Training to a Company Contact in Deals to Contact in Project Date of Service in CRM to Date of Service in Projects
Simple Custom Function won't Save/Work
Trying to create a simple Custom Function. It is written as follows: sendmail [ from: zoho.adminuserid to: "txxxx@xxxx.com" subject: "New Request for Estimate Available" message: "Name : " + input.name ] And I get the following error: Failed to save the function Variable 'name' is not defined Line Number: 6 I've read countless Help page/articles and this is how it says to write it and that it should work. Workflow Rule Limits
We have a workflow rule that sends out a series of e-mails, tasks(lead owner) & letters. Once we hit the limit of 5 timed actions we can't add anymore. What we have done is in the last (5th) action it does a field change in "lead status" to long term. We added a second condition "if lead status = long term" it will begin a series of other timed e-mails. It appears this isn't working. If this can't work this way what would be the best practice solution.

Request time already booked
Hi there, I want to set up a way that if a client wants a time and a resource that is already booked they can request a notification if the booking gets cancelled or rescheduled. So let's say John wants to book Chris for 2 hrs on Tuesday starting at 1pm, he checks and see's that Chris is free so books him. Later that day Jenny also wants to book Chris for 3 hrs on Tuesday starting at 1pm. Is there any way that Jenny can register an interest and if John reschedules meaning Chris is now free that Jenny
Cannot Copy and Paste into Task Comments Field
Was just trying to copy and paste comments into the Comments area for a task using Chrome. I can select paste, but nothing ever shows up. I assume this is a bug? Thanks
How to make a Campaign workflow process invoke a webhook?
I can't seem to find any process in workflows that would allow me to kick off a webhook. I have set up a webhook under "Settings", but can't seem to find a way to associate it to a campaign as an action/process. Can anyone tell me what process might include an option to invoke the webhook?

Field Mapping To Templates
*EDIT* Problem solved: %Subject% not %subject% I would still love to see a list of all fields because a lot of them are not that obvious. Is there a way to map "Subject" from the Estimate to a custom template? I'm using the "Custom Template" option and I don't see %subject% or anything like it as an option. I'm pretty sure that I'm seeing Subject on some of the pre-made templates so it seems like it should be there! Is there a list of all available field names that can be mapped to a template?

I transitioned to Zoho one from Zoho CRM & Zoho Recruit thinking I would then be able to streamline and automate my business processes across what looks like a very impressive set of Apps. Dear Zoho, I just opened a trial Zoho One account and I'm having issues setting up generic email accounts. These accounts aren't used or accessed by regular users, but are a must for our organization. For example, info@domain.com, sales@domain.com, scanner@domain.com, etc... Way to automatically assign a status after Time Open hits a certain point?
I'm trying to put together a "queue" of tickets that have been open for longer than 72 hours (not including hold time). What I would like to do is automatically assign a status to a ticket if the Open Time hits 72 hours. Is there a way to do this? Or am I looking at the wrong place?

Freeze columns in Summary Report
I have build this public facing report https://culytics.com/blogs/cu-peer-comparison-dashboard to compare the performance of credit unions in US. When people scroll, the credit union name also scrolls. This makes it difficult for users to see which credit union are they seeing the results for. Is there an option to freeze the columns - just like one would do in Excel, so that when people scroll they always see the credit union name. Thanks
Allow easier update of fields and field options for modules and blueprint
I have several suggestions where zoho can improve updating fields 1. In Blueprint-allow for field options to be edited in info/states. This includes allowing for delete, edits, addtions (additions already an option. THANKS YOU ) Here's why. When updatiing or creating blueprint, a lot of ideas start shooting off as you exprience how your process will look and feel. These ideas will lead to new field options, deleling/editing existing ones. Having to go and open module editor to update the field
