What is company profile verification?  

Company profile verification is a process that ensures the legitimacy of your business within Zoho Recruit. This verification helps maintain a secure and trustworthy hiring ecosystem by restricting access to certain features if your profile is unverified. See More Company Profile Verification

Why should you care?

Let's compare two companies:


  • Company A has a verified profile and gains seamless access to all sourcing channels.
  • Company B cannot post jobs, receive resumes, or use portals effectively because their profile remains unverified.

Why is company profile verification important?  

A verified company profile helps you:

If your company name, website address, and primary contact email match, your company is verified automatically, and your domain URL is generated instantly.

Manual verification

  

If the system cannot verify your details, you’ll need to submit them manually for review.

Key points to remember:

  • Use a business email address for verification. Free domains like Gmail or Yahoo will be restricted.
  • Your company will NOT be verified if you do not have a working website and work email address (this applies to both trial and paid users).
