Will this also be available during normal business hours for your US customers?

Hey Calvin,

This is specifically for customers from the India, EU (incl. UK) and Middle East regions. We'll conduct a US-specific session in early January 2025, after the holidays are over. I'll drop you an email when I get that organized :)

Hi
 - Thank you so much for your feedback! Glad I could help! 😊

Hi Pradyumn K I am looking for sending email to internal users manually.
So that I can keep users in CC and see the preview of placeholders in the email template as well and if someone reply to that email everyone should get notified.

But not able to do same due to candidate email is pre-filled and non removable.

Hi Laxmi,

Firstly, you'll need to configure your email account using IMAP. You can then access your email inbox within Recruit. From here, you can send internal emails (with your team in CC) manually.

We also have a feature called RecruiterInbox in the BETA phase that will help make this more straightforward. Drop an email to support@zohorecruit.com if you're interested.

Hope this helps. :)

Let me know the best suitable option for my requirement. We are not looking to use workflow.

We want to keep users in CC but do not want to keep candidate in TO this is an internal email.

This is not currently possible when emailing one or more candidates. My suggestion to your previous question is a one-time configuration.

Please do try it out if you can and let us know if it helps.

Hi

Is there a way to mark emails as "High priority" when being sent through the Zoho recruit system?

Thanks

Hi Jacob,

This can be done via the Emails module, which will be available if you have your email inbox configured within Zoho Recruit. This option is currently unavailable when sending emails from the Candidates & Contacts modules. We'll be sure to address this in an upcoming update.

Hi Pradyumn,
Our IT infrastructure doesn't allow us to use IMAP and according to our information security policy we can't use ZOHO mail as well. Because of this issue recruiters are unable to sync outlook with ZOHO recruit.
Can you please give us any alternate solution for email synchronization?

Hi Swapnali,

We have a dedicated add-in for Outlook that helps you add candidates, associate them with jobs, and much more directly from your inbox. I believe that will fix the issue you're facing. Keep in mind that this will be a manual actions you'll have to perform.

Can you try configuring your email via POP3 as it will automatically sync all emails to be displayed within Zoho Recruit?

Do let us know if this answer doesn't help, I'll try and share more workarounds.

Hi Pradyumn K

I am facing an issue with Zoho Recruit where, upon replacing old interviewers with new interviewers for scheduled interviews, the calendar invites are not being automatically canceled for the old interviewers. As a result, the old interviewers are still seeing the interview events in their calendars.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue or suggest a way to ensure that calendar invites are updated accordingly when interviewers are replaced?

Hello Satya,

Please let us know if the users have synced any of their calendar in Recruit using direct integration via Google or Microsoft. After having it checked kindly drop in an email to support@zohorecruit.com along with the availability of users who is facing this issue, as it would need a remote session to have the details checked.

Thanks.

Hi Pradyuman
We are trying to generate referral codes to incentivize the users who view our job posts. I know there is a share link on each job on the career site, is there a way to customize it so it becomes unique to the one who shared it?

Also, are there more customizations possible for the career site, rather than the general ones provided

Hi Snehal,

Every job published in your career site will have a unique URL. You can view this by going to the published job opening and clicking Sourcing Summary > Share This Job. You will see a pop-up with links and QR codes specific to that job opening. This link can be further customized using URL analytics such as source & medium tracking.

We're addressing your query in our Internal Job Posting (IJP) update. This will contain features that allow your employees to share jobs to their social profiles and any application that comes through those links will have the employee as the referral owner. You can then gamify your referral process with rewards/bonuses as you wish.

Regarding career site customization, we provide you with embed codes that help you merge our careers site with your existing webpages seamlessly. You can embed the job list section & filters in more than one style. Additionally, you can add/remove fields from the job listings using the CSS code we provide.

Hope this answers your question :)

Hi there,

Is there a way to make it so that candidates have to log in to the candidate portal in order to apply for a job on the careers site, rather than an application form when they click 'I'm interested'.

We would like to display our careers site publicly to show prospects the job roles that are available with our career partners but we only want to allow our customer base to apply to the job roles.

Hi Sophie,

This options isn't currently available in Zoho Recruit, however, it does seem like a good thing for recruiters to have. I'll put this in as a feature request and keep you looped in on what my team thinks about your suggestion.

Cheers!
