While working as a team, it is always important to stay updated about the team's performance, so you'll know what you're doing well and where you should put more effort. To enable this, we are introducing Analytics in Zoho TeamInbox where you can view insightful reports and metrics for your teams.

 

Here are the types of reports you can view:

 

Overall inbox report

In this section you'll find the metrics related to all the inboxes under your teams. See how many replies you've sent out from these inboxes and those that you've archived in a given time period.

Get an overview of how your team is performing as a whole. Learn more

 

Individual inbox report

Here you will find the metrics of every inbox separately. You can view the charts of the number of emails received in your inbox, number of replies sent, number of threads archived, time taken to resolve threads and a lot more.

Learn how every member of your team is performing. See how many threads they've handled, how fast they've responded and resolved threads and a lot more.
