Abak 360 integration
Hello all, i'm wondering if there are any existing integration paths between Zoho CRM and Abak 360 (project management software). I've run some searches here and on the web and haven't been able to find anything. if nothing already exists, what are some workarounds to get both softwares to talk to each other? thanks!

Replacement for Gmail contextual widget - Google is disabling contextual widgets on August 1 2018
Given that Gmail contextual gadgets will soon be disabled on August 1. Is there a plan to offer a replacement with a new gmail add-on? Instead of just the google chrome extension. The chrome extension requires our user to be logged into google chrome with their work account (not always the case, they often have a personal gmail account and a work gmail account they're signed into on their personal laptops) and also forces users to use chrome as their browser.
Mail Chimp Authorisation
Hello, I've installed Mailchimp into my CRM program, i am unable to link the two and i'm stuck at this point of the process. I go to click on "Authorise Connector" and it just brings up a blank page. I have tried this on different browsers and computers to no success. I've had real problems with Mailchimp and Zoho over this and still i am unable to find a solution.

Zoho CRM Mobile App Falls Short when it comes to VOIP Integration
I use the CRM all throughout my day and it is mostly through my Ipad Pro, but I use the Jive Integration feature to make and log all of my calls and this is only available on the desktop web browser. This would not be an issue except for the fact that the only available options to place calls through the app is either the mobile device or Skype. If the jive integration is already set up on the desktop version, why isn't it available through the mobile version as well. Or even make zoho crm accessible
Zoho CRM v Method CRM for quickbooks integration
Hi, Just wondering if anyone has looked at Method CRM. It seems they have great integration with quickbooks and are similar in other aspects to Zoho. Has anyone here used it? Thoughts? Getting a little worried as we've recently upgraded to the enterprise zoho and issues are starting to arise the more we try to utilize zoho (e.g.: custom functions not working consistently). A great platform but the quickbooks integration is really holding us back. Thanks

Mobile CRM app has right Date and tasks due, but wrong day.
It is Monday Feb 5, 2018 and my desktop is on track with that, but the Mobile app (which I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to correct) has always been a day behind. It claims today is Sunday Feb 5, 2018 basically. I thought this was a timezone or calendar issue but have not been able to correct it. Everything else seems to be working, but this has been a problem since I signed up a couple weeks ago.
Outlook plugin - email attachment
It would be handy if the Outlook plugin would allow you to attach the email to the 'Deal' which it corresponds to. Maybe instead of just attaching to the CRM and creating a new client contact, we could have the option to select where to attach the email from a list of active Deals. When the form integration settings have Module is Deals and the Layout is (system default), the integration works. When the same form is used and Module is Deals and the Layout is my custom layout, the integration doesn't work. Any ideas?

Hi, I am installing the mailchimp app (extension?) to sync mailchimp to zoho crm. The functionality that I want is to be able to manage mailchimp lists in zoho, then sync to mailchimp. So, if I get a new Newsletter contact, I want to add them into Zoho, then add them to a mailchimp list (in zoho), then sync it to mailchimp. How to Process Customer Credit Cards within CRM

We are investigating Zoho CRM and need to know the suggested way or what others have done in regards to processing credit card transactions from within CRM or an easy-to-use integration with another application (QuickBooks, Zoho Invoice/Books, etc). In short, we would want the Order to be turned into an invoice and use that invoice as the basis for the credit card processing. PhoneBridge Asterisk module not receiving ZUID
We are integrating Zoho Phonebridge with CRM on an Asterisk 1.8 (FreePBX) server. The module is loaded but when the nohup command is executed, there is a java error stating that the ZUID is not found as well as an HTTP error 400. Here the output file. Is there a way to install zoho app on a chromebook. I am looking at getting a new laptop - and I thought if I could get that - then I would have the best of both. We are deploying RingCentral for telephony; however, we can't find the option to use RingCentral from my ZOHO portal. In fact, all the telephony options are missing. We are setting up the Amazon Connect phone integration with our CRM. If you have too many agent status you can not see them all or scroll, unless you minimize your zoom to about 75%. Anything we can do to fix this? OurcClient is not willing to scale back on the amount of status they use. Browser Zoomed out to 75%

Hi there We are using the Professional Edition with CRM with Mail Addon to synch with Google Mails. We have additional 15 GB, but for one user it exceeds and his e-mails are not synched anymore. SalesIQ Visit Tab not visible
Hello, I have enabled the SalesIQ integration. How can we merge duplicates in bulk
Does anyone know how or have ideas on how to find and merge duplicates in bulk and not using the the built in "Find and Merge Duplicates" one at a time as we have thousands of contacts and hundreds of duplicates we simply cannot tidy this up manually. We turned Google Contacts sync on and it just made a mess and created duplicates and variations of duplicates with new accounts it has turned Zoho into a real mess. Can't assign a Project Manager to an Account that already has an Account Owner
There seems to be a missing piece in the integration of Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects. There is a point where the sales rep (account owner) needs to "hand off" the customer to a Project Manager. The Project Manager will then takeover the account, create projects, etc etc. But the Sales Rep (original account owner) still needs to be able to view the account and his original customer. But apparently for each account there can only be 1 account owner. Right? So the alternate way that I thought to do it
