LEADS app crashes
Have had many crashes, deleted app and reinstalled 3 or 4 times. It digitize codes, but crashes when scanning cards. Other behaviour was to crash when trying to change language or country. No answer to emails sent to support. Errors report setup is ON, so they should have and know. Very dissapointing
Create Payment for Quickbooks Online
Currently you can create a number of modules with the “intuit.quickbooks.create” however, I can only create an invoice and not a corresponding payment. Two questions: 1.) What would it take for the code behind the scenes to support the “Create” function for a payment? Or, 2.) Can you help me with a post url code to essentially do the same. I know how to construct the contents of the post but not all of the other mechanisms for the POST to intuit.
Which is better to use? Zoho Forms or web forms in CRM?
Looks like zoho forms has more functionality and options. Webforms in CRM allows the use of SalesIQ. Curious if others have a particular favorite? Thanks Rusty

Issues with Unsubscribe Mail Merge Tag
Hello, I have cloned a customized template we had in Zoho Campaigns, inserted and updated the mail merge tags for unsubscribe and to update profile, and copied the HTML code into a customized template found under setup in Zoho CRM. My goal is to use this template as a follow-up email to a Zoho CRM Webform we are using on our website. No matter how many times I try, I can't seem to get the merge tags to work. Any suggestions?
Zoho Outlook
Hello, I have account owners who are restricted (in the modules permission) who can only see accounts that they own. They linked Zoho with Outlook. When they go to add in a contact and assign it to an account in Zoho, will Zoho know to link that contact with that account name, even if they don't spell the account name exactly word for word the way it is in Zoho? Also, if they have a contact in outlook that they are adding that happens to be for an account that they do not own, will Zoho at least

Payment Terms Custom Field for Syncing With Zoho Books
Hi all, I'm creating a Custom Field in CRM to map to the Payment Terms field of Zoho Books. In addition to the "Due on Receipt" terms, Zoho has recently added some clever "Due end of the month" and "Due end of next month" options in Books, so which data data type should I create the field in CRM with, to be able to sync the data correctly. Would a pick-list with exact copies of the text be sufficient? By default I'd like the terms to be "Due on Receipt". Thanks, James

Hello! We are using Zoho CRM with Zoho Invoice and creating invoices within Zoho CRM. When we do this, the process is: click new invoice and fill everything in save the invoice (which makes it into a Draft) click the invoice number click email to send it Is there any way to send it as soon as we save it? In other words, can we skip the draft process? This would make the process much simpler: click new invoice and fill everything in save the invoice, which emails it immediately Thanks for your help!

I am unable to link back to the original Deal/Potential when I create a Project and would like to know how to do that. I believe this is a fundamental of CRM - how else can the Project Team know contact / company details if they cannot link back to the original Potential/Deal and Lead via CRM ? zoho phone bridge calls not getting connected to extension setup at phonebridge group

What happen when an email account is deleted from Google Apps after having the IMAP integration?
We have Google Apps. When we connect the email account using IMAP in Zoho CRM, all emails come to the CRM. What happens when an Google Apps account is deleted? Do all email dissapear? is there a way to let these emails in Zoho after the Google Apps account is deleted in Google and the user is deactivated in Zoho CRM?

We are having two issues: We are unable to save sms templates. We get an error message "Unable to save SMS template. Please try again later". Is the amount of data received from a trade show QR badge dependent on what the attending company gives to the trade show? We are not getting key data from the badge like address and phone, just name. Any ideas?

I am attempting to integrate two way voice and two way sms into my ZoHo CRM system. Is Twilio the answer? I was hoping that Ring central would do the trick but they do only the voice side... Or at least when I have the voice side installed, the sms doesn't work. Maybe I could trigger SMS through webhooks... Would wish to avoid that extra horsing around if I can help it.
