How I can add Custom Module and its field into my app?

Hello, in the new package of Zoho CRM PLUS is included also Zoho Campaigns. The actual plans of Campaigns are based on the numbers of leads/contacts. For example we use that up to 25.000 ($ 125,00 dollars for month). Now in the list of features in CRM PLUS I read the follow sentence: "5000 leads or contacts per user license with unlimited emails*" Note: Email send limit per month for more than 20 user licenses: 10 * Number of leads/contacts. photos in ZOHO CRM Potential Module
I am fairly confident this feature does not exist in ZOHO CRM, but it would be a great feature if we were able to take a photo with an i-phone or tablet and upload multiple images to a potential module.
Instapage to Zoho not Executing Notification Workflow
Hi There I have an integration running Instapage to Zoho CRM to pass leads from the landing pages. The passing of data works fine but it does not prompt the workflow to notify the CRM users of a new lead. When I manually create a lead in the enquiries module it works fine and the notification is sent. Any ideas?

Feature Request: Click To Call tool that will allow you to create a lead after call.
Currently you have to create a lead to be able to make a outbound call. Which is ok. What would be better is to see a number you want to call, click on it, and start a outbound call. After the call you can create a lead or dismiss the call. I have to use talkdesk integrated with zoho to accomplish this. I would rather just use twilio directly connected with Zoho. Build this please! =)

Can I sync GMail Contacts to Zoho Leads instead of Contacts?
When I sync GMail Contacts with Zoho, they come into Zoho as contacts. However, I have not determined target activity for the GMail contacts and would prefer for them to come into Zoho as Leads. Is it possible to sync Gmail contacts to Zoho Leads and then convert them to Zoho contacts at the appropriate time? Secondarily, is it possible to down convert Zoho contact(s) to lead(s)?

Unable to generate Zoho Service Communication Key (ZSC)
I'm trying to sync Campaigns with CRM, but when I go to Setup > Developer Space > Zoho Service Communication (ZSC) Key, the pane is blank: I've tried to open this in Chrome, Firefox and IE(with and without compatibility view). I read the help documents on how to populate, and my account is the Administrator Profile, but I don't see any other requirements, so it seems that it should work. Any ideas?
Integration with gmail.
We have a google apps business account and I am wanting to sync customer / lead emails between our gmail and Zoho CRM. I have read the help manual, but this seems to be saying that I have to have a Zoho Mail account. However, this youtube video https://youtu.be/AGjOZMVpvHY appears to say that all I need is the google app's Zoho CRM app (from google market place). I am trialling Zoho (and think I am past my initial 15 days), so maybe this is the problem, as nothing seems to have happened.
Sync Zoho CRM from mobile to cloud not working....
I am having problems with the mobile Zoho CRM App on my iPhone. Sync from the cloud to mobile works fine, but not the other way around. Any changes I make on my laptop can be seen on my phone App, but the notes I add on the phone don't sync up to the lap top. I have a week's worth of visit notes that I have entered (and are still visible) in my phone but they are not syncing with the Cloud. I don't want to press "Reset" in the mobile app as that will wipe out all my un-synced notes. Any suggestions

Associate a Zoho project with an Account
Hello, I used to be able to associate a Zoho Project to a CRM Account or Potential without having to select a client user. Has this functionality changed ? I want to be able to associate an existing Zoho Project to a CRM record but not necessarily with a client user. Is this possible and if so how? We use gmail and zoho and I am looking for more information on how they can work together. I am using the zoho contextual app within gmail, but it is not exactly what I am looking for. When someone sends me an email, or when I send someone and email from my gmail account (within gmail's software, not zoho), I would like to be able to record this email in Zoho and attach it to an account or a contact. Very slow to update from the CRM module to our Support module
We use Zoho to track our Technical support for our customers. When we set up a contact in the CRM that works normally. However it is taking over an hour for that contact to show up and be available in our Support module so that we can open up a support case for that contact.After about an hour the contact is available to be added to a new ticket.

Unbounce to Amend a record rather than create a new one
I am using Unbounce to create a form that captures a change in one of my fields in Zoho. But so far all I can do is create a new record in Zoho rather than amend my existing record. I am sending the email address, the last name and first name from the form along with the data that has changed in the field. If I make the email address in zoho unique I don't get the new field coming across. If I don't make the email address unique I get a completely new zoho record. Is it possible to amend a record
Campaigns in CRM
Seems odd that there is a CRM Campaigns module yet we can't pull leads or contacts from that Module to Zoho Campaigns. It would be great when specifying the Sync if it could sync with a Campaign in CRM and not just a specific view in Leads / Contacts.

Ring Central soft phone not working
I have installed the zoho Phone Bridge for Ring Central. The problem is that it will only ring to a hard phone. I cannot get ring central to ring to my soft phone. How do I get this fixed? I have completely removed the hard phone from the equation logged out and logged completely back in to Ring Central and nothing changes.
Fields not being Posted by web form
We created a webform using a third party tool (Joomla, RSForms and their Zoho extension). When we submit data on the form through POST most of it comes through just fine but some fields are missing.
