I need help syncing Quickbooks Web Connector to Quickbooks Premier 2015
Hello, I'm trying to sync my Zoho CRM account with Quickbooks Premier 2015. The problem I'm having is I basically need the QWC file from Zoho but the online manual that I'm looking at from Zoho is not accurate. The steps do not give you the options needed to get that file. Card Scanner App vs Card Scanning Feature in Leads?
I had purchased the Zoho Card Scanner App to use with the Zoho app. It works? Not real great, but it's better than nothing at the moment. Then I found the Leads App as well. In the Leads App, you have to purchase the Card Scanning Feature. So, I bought the Card Scanner App and now I have to purchase the Card Scanning Feature? Seems like a scam to get my $0.99. Can the Card Scanner not be used for the Card Scanning Feature in the Leads app?

Trying to integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and Mailchimp
I am truly frustrated. I want to integrate Zoho CRM and Mailchimp. I have 500+ contacts in Mailchimp and I use their app so that people can sign up on my facebook page. I'm trying to sync Zoho with Mailchimp so I can move all of the contacts over to Zoho. Unfortunately, I can't tell if the contacts moved from Mailchimp to Zoho and none of my contacts from Mailchimp are showing up in Zoho Campaigns. I am scratching my head and getting pissed! help!

Getting Insufficient Privileges error as Super User when trying to Connect Google Calendar
Why am I unable to connect my Google Calendar with my account? I went through the pop up asking for authentication, and after which got the error (see 1st screenshot). Note that I'm the sole and super user of the account (see 2nd screenshot). Am I missing anything on this side or on the Google side? Also, it's regular Google calendar, not Google Apps for business or the like.

Hi, I wrote a function to assign Leads . I use the crm.updaterecord function crmUpd = zoho.crm.updaterecord("LEADS",Rta.get(0).toString(),{"Lead Owner":"Alejandro Enrique"}); The update was successful , but the owner not change . The "Modified By" field is updated. The user "Alejandro Enrique" exists and Rta.get(0) is a valid ID. That is wrong ? Regards Alejandro

Hi. I assume this question has been asked but..... Will an app be available for Windows Phone - I have found an old app but looked like its been removed. My Company issue windows phones for its employees and I am looking to trial the crm for our sales team. Initially for a small team of 10 but potentially (worldwide) it would be 500+. Quickbook Integration Nightmares
This shouldn't be so hard... I have the following issues: I want my invoice subjects in Zoho to be descriptive. The web connector will not attempt to transfer invoices is the subject exceeds 12 characters. That is silly. It should truncate the subject if necessary, or better yet, actually use an invoice number in Zoho to map to the Invoice number in QB. I have 35,000 contacts in Zoho, but QB only allows 10,500 (Premier version). I really just want to create a contact in QB if an invoice is pending

Migrate from inhouse CRM and need to have leads with our own create date
I need to be able to change the ZoHo ]Created Time[ field to reflect the true date/time our leads where created and not the date the lead was imported. This is extremely important (aka mandatory) to us for reporting and handling of our leads.
Can't find the google apps integration in the apps and add-ons
There is no option for google apps within the apps and add-ons section of the user set-up, though I have full admin rights.

When I try to authenticate my Gmail, Google prevents this because Zoho CRM doesn't meet the required security standards. The email I receive from Google contains the following: Someone just tried to sign in to your Google Account ***@***.** from an app that doesn't meet modern security standards. This happens for every Gmail address I tried. When will the security be improved so we can use a Gmail integration? Thanks

Hi, We have 2 users for our google aps/zoho crm account for example name1@ and name2@ however we use a generic email address for all customer contact info@ what's the best way of setting this up so the mail integration works in Zoho CRM, so we can check, assign and respond to emails under our own account name1@ but be working on info@ email account?? Is it possible, the ZoHo CRM to QB solution can create Purchase Orders in Quickbooks? I have a ZoHo Creator Application where we input Purchase Orders Our Zoho CRM instance has this ZoHo Creator/Form/App imported directly into CRM for replication. Export To Google Tasks does not Include any Information - except a simple title

Emails section not working properly on Leads Module
Hi, On the Leads Module at the Emails section I can only see the 20 last e-mails exchanged with the client. I can not see the previous e-mails when I want to navigate to the 21-30, 31-40, etc.. e-mails. What can be the problem? Thank you! Peter
