Automatic Removal of Departments and Groups for Inactive Employees in Zoho One

Currently, when an employee is marked as inactive in Zoho One, they remain listed as a member of their department and associated groups. This creates a challenge in maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper group management.

We would like to request a feature enhancement:

  • When setting an employee as inactive, they should automatically be removed from their assigned department and any associated groups within Zoho One.

This adjustment would help streamline team management and reduce manual updates, especially for organizations with frequent role changes or deactivations.
